1. I've been knowing Jim Hicks at RCS Sports for about 6 or 7 years, he is a houston area basketball pimp, he mostly pimps teams from the Houston innercity area, never giving credit to any team outside of there, I take his predictions and his player profiles with a grain of salt, he's a typical AAU idiot, show me one kid outside the greater Houston area that he really has ranked high or a team that he has in his top ten in the past 5 years.

DAY BY DAY.
I've been a hard follower of Argyle Football since I graduated there. I went to College and graduated with a construction engineering degree. I never played in a band. I'm pretty good at gauging how good my team is. I've been more worried in the past two weeks than this week. But you are right...Day by Day..See ya in Arlington.
Well hows that construction engineering degree working for you, looks to me like you spend most of your day on forums wasting your bosses money
Smoakhouse is mainly for the brainwashed idiots in deep East Texas who think thats the only part of Texas that football is played! They very seldom give any team in SE Texas any respect.
 6. I like # 49 from WO-S, he is a super ball player, I think he even hit our mascot one time LOL, kid was everywhere! Congrats to all.
 7.
Wish my Cardinals could have played CS in the 4th round  :'( That would have been a good game..
Yea,Yea,Yea, we would like that to buuuuuuuttttt, NOT, coulda, woulda, shoulda, doesn't matter now, but listen................ I think I hear dribbling, hows them layups working for ya?
 8.
WOS    17 CS        7 Bank on it!!!
I'm sure glad you'r not my banker!
 9. Before the season started I predicted that we would struggle offensively with virtually no experience up front except for our junior tightend. I was surprised as this team put up more points than last years did during the regular season, but I guess the inexperience finally showed up in the playoffs. Our defense can keep us in a game with anyone as long as the offense keeps us from  having bad field position defensively with all these turnovers. I honestly would be surprised if wos puts more than 14 up on us if we do in fact play them. That may be all they need though.[sup][/sup]
 10. Texaggies07 you are my hero, not everyone can amass -333 in "BAD" karma, I don't know what I've got to do to catch up without getting banned ;D
 11.
The reason everybody is saying C.S. is overrated is due to some C.S. fans getting on here and saying they would be up by 40 points and their 2nd string would be in by halftime in the B.C. game. Soooooo actually it was them (not all C.S. fans) who opened up that can of worms. Is C.S. really overrated, heck no their a great team. But just dont say stupid stuff and let your play do the talking or be prepared to face the wrath of the SETX Forum if you cant produce those results. You made that bed now you gotta lay in it. Just sayin.
Yea, I would have to agree, For the longest we only had 3 or 4 of us Coldspring fans on here, now we've gotten several new ones this year, great to see that our fan base has spread a little, but you have to admit WE GOT SOME COLDSPRING FOOTBALL LOVING FANS in Cold City
 12.
From what I saw this wkn ....Cs is over rated.... very weak schedule will hurt them in the inn
well I dont really think that we're overrated as much as I think we've been over confident, the rankings are what they are, we don't make them, you kinda get caught up in believing what you read sometimes as both the fans and the players. the last two games are type of games we needed to see what we need to fix, Barbay and Morrison are great coaches they will watch the game films from these games and make the adjustments needed to get the offense rolling again, as for the defense, " if it aint broke don't fix it", they're jusy nasty, keep up the effort. Thanks for the support from everyone in the area and good luck to all the SETX teams.
 13.
CS stands no chance they don't know competition if they see it.. Light out the parties over boys! [/ uote]Well we will have to wait and see, one thing is for sure, you wont be there, but besides that I hear everyone talking about this Coldspring team being better than last years team, BULLCRAP, the defenses are probably a toss up, but our offense was better last year, Cody was a stud and our offensive line was a lot better, they were, SMARTER, FASTER, STRONGER, I havent seen our offensive line do anything special all year, they cannot pull and get to the second level like CJ, Daniel,Matt and kevin did, our line will dictate how far we will go this year, they have got to quit holding so much. I wish them all the luck in the world, the players need to get there butts off of this site and stop believing everything you read about yourselves because it's not gonna win a single game for you  GO TROJANS
 14. Congrats to both Huffman and Cleveland on really good seasons, I know you'll represent 22 3a to the best of yaw'lls ability, best of luck.  GO TROJANS
 15. yea I have to agree there is a little arrogance in most of the Coldspring faithful, but that comes when you go 14 and 2 last year and are 10 and 0 this year, but don't let arrogance full you, Coldspring has a really good football team, they will be coming to run the football down your throat and the defense will be there to knock it out of your butt, wouldn't expect them to do anything else, good luck to BC, hope both teams come out healthy, but it's time for BC to get the sneakers out and start doing layups. Coldspring 42  Bridge City 7
 16.
I wasn't impressed from what I saw of Huffmans D. I think Silsbee will move fine on them. just gotta get the flow goin.
If you weren't you will be, they're pretty salty, #17 is everywhere, that boy doesn't take any plays off. I gotta go with our district boys 28 to 14, lets go Falcons
 17.

Bridge City may not have won their district, but I would rule them out of making it a good football game. The normally play really good football. plus they bring their hole town to the game and keep the kids in the game and pumped up, I know Coldspring brings the town too, but there dis a difference between the 2 and Coldspring fans you know what I mean. I hear more griping out of alot of the fans than I do support for the team. JMO
Unless Bridge City has gotten a lot better than last year CS will make short work of them.  I think we beat them by 40+ last year but I don't remember the actual score.
Last year was last year boys, lets not put the cart in front of the horse, lets take'm one team at a time, after this week it's lose and go home, It doesn't matter what happened last week or last year, the team needs to stay focused and this week is Liberty, we can worry about next week after tomorrow night.
 18. Yea, Ricky really had things going there. He was a good coach (home town kid) and he had a good assistant coaches, they would have won a lot of games with him at the helm.
 19. Casey Lilley, Coldspring #85, really good blocker and great hands.
 20.

Trojan Fan....who is the best coached team in 22AAA, please dont say CS, it is easy to win when your athletes are superior.......cleveland has a good staff, but the best staff in the district is Huffman....Liberty has the most underachieving staff
Hold your horses there slim. Barbay is a very good coach in fact the entire family is full of great coaches. Idc how good you're athletes are eventually you will run into a team with athletes that are just as good. You don't get to the state championship without a good coach. Plus the fact that coldspring was able to maintain their high level of play even with losing as much as they did is just another testament of how good barbay is. With that said Mac and staff over at Huffman have done an excellent job. They have really built an excitement and following around this program that was lacking before.
I totally agree, when you lose as much Huffman and Coldspring did last year and play at the level that both teams did this year it's not just the talent you have, it takes a really good coaching staff to teach them how to play and win.
 21.

Yea, I think Brandon has things headed in the right direction but no way Cleveland loses this one, even though Cleveland is the worst coached team I've seen all year.
Trojan Fan keep digging ditches and leave the coaching out of it
Hey, I'm not digging ditches at this very moment, I'm actually watching your mom and dad suck out my septic system, but back to Cleveland coaching, and I'm not a cleveland hater, i am a Cleveland grad., but I went and watched them play Huffman and they have got be the most predictable offense I've ever seen, when Buckley's in they pass, when #12 is in they run, there was nothing that surprised anyone, I'd say thats in the coaching because Cleveland always has some talent, thats my opinion, also my coaching days have long past but we must have done something right, my son is playing football in the BIG 12 right now, and as far as the school board gig, I didn't have to do that to get my kid playing time, nice try LOSERS!
