Everybody on defense is back except the Safety that damaged an ACL before the season started

Actually our Linebackers aren't real good at all. They don't want to attack but what do you expect for 2 guys that are 5' 5" & 150#'s

What else you got? [/quote] TEL your mother must not be home right because it has been 5 days since your last post. You must have got grounded from the computor when 3 week progress reports came out. I agree with both sides of the ball need to get better, but the defense needs help with some points from the offense. Correct me if I'm wrong but I know for a fact our defense was on the field last week 19 of the 24 minutes in the 1st half. That will wear down any defense at any level of football. I'm glad you don't support us & by the way my mother passed away 4 years ago.

Brenham I know your just picking but don't worry about Crosby. We will be just fine in District play, just need to iron out some problems. A few kids have been moved around. Hopefully that takes care of the issues. 2 weeks will tell.

[/quote] TEL you say no one is talking about the kids then I guess no one is out there in those uniforms or on the offense & defense. I guess people forget what happen last year when we were beat by Ennis 62 - 16 & PNG 37 - 7. Almost exact scores this year except we played Bay City later in the year. I really think this team will turn it around. I'm not saying we will win district but we have the same chance as anybody else in the district. Cougtalk THANKS for the support. Crosby's Defense & Offense aren't as bad as they look. All I was saying Is the Defense could use some help from the Offense. Too call them pathetic is pretty harsh. These are Teenage boys playing there HEARTS out for what, so somebody can call them pathetic.  I will stand behind these kids win/lose or draw. I will tell you this when Crosby is winning everybody wants to stand behind them but when they don't look so good people sure will bailout on them in a  heartbeat. You will see when District games come around things will be different. GO COOGS

Before last night's game we had 3 starters out & had 1 go out during the 2nd qtr.

If you were at last night's game you would have seen a better game from the Defense then the last 2 games. Let me give you a recap. 1st half, forced fumble by Crosby defense inside the PD 30 yd line 0 pts from the Offense, Crosby defense interception at the  10, 0 pts from the Offense. 2nd half 5 punts forced by the Crosby defense. Crosby Offense 0 pts. Crosby Offense on the 1 yd line at the end of the game & still can't score because why, WE GOT STUFFED BECAUSE WE AREN'T BLOCKING!!!!!!!!!

IN CASE YOU HAVEN'T NOTICED CROSBY HAS SCORED 7 PTS. IN 2 WEEKS. I THINK WE NEED A LITTLE HELP FROM THE  OFFENSE (TURNOVERS, CATCH THE BALL & CAN'T CONVERT ON 4TH & 1). ALSO #33 WOULD BE MY STARTING RUNNINGBACK

KIND OF HARD TO PLAY DEFENSE WHEN YOUR PLAYING MOST OF THE GAME ON YOUR SIDE OF THE 50. ALSO I DON'T KNOW WHAT GAME YOUR WATCHING BUT THE 1ST THING WE NEED TO LEARN IS HOW TO BLOCK ON OFFENSE SO MERKA ISN'T RUNNING FOR HIS LIFE WHEN HE DROPS BACK TO PASS. LETS LEARN HOW TO PLAY AS A TEAM.
