The last time Liberty had a stout team they blew a 3 touchdown lead vs Cleveland in Liberty to not make the playoffs. I think they had an rb by the name of Antione and a qb named Fitzwater/Fitzpatrick or something. We shall see if history repeats itself in Liberty on Friday.

So I never got a chance to congrats the mustangs on the win. I was gone scouting Liberty and I can tell you that Liberty is going to implode when HJ comes to town.

HJ could and should make the playoffs. They lost some close ones last year and had a lot of injuries. The coaching situation is fine but sure can't replace Moreaux. That's a tough loss. Nevertheless those good athletes over there that are capable of doing big things need to trust in the system and get the job done. If HJ doesn't make the playoffs I think people will have a reason to gripe.

To my knowledge 4 coaches have left. Two went with Dubois, head baseball coach went to Orangefield,and OC took Coor Job in Lumberton. All but one were there since Martel. Looks like it was just their time.

HJ also had a boy thrower compete in two events this weekend. Great year for HJ track!

I heard the current OC is the interim and he has head coaching experience.

FAT is where it's at...if your a track coach and your talking about hand held times your probably getting laughed at behind your back.  Real track coaches rely on FAT!  Keep the stop watches for off season 40s and shuttles !!!
