Congrats to central, that was a great game. Both teams played hard, but ozen will be fine. Once ozen find that good chemistry of players, playing together they will be a better team. tough, emotional district games like that prepare you for the playoffs. go panthers. 8)

This is just my opinion, and you can't compare apples to oranges. Let's look at Baylor's lady basketball team that went 40-0. Defending national champions and returned all 5 starters from last year, they were ranked number 1 and lost to Stanford, a few weeks ago. But come the elite 8 or final 4 baylor's team will be their. Ozen haven't put all the pieces together yet. Like ozenfinest said i rather lose now, than in the playoffs. like that comment, 'deep post. go panthers. 8)

  So for nobody has, newton have a awesome team. keep flying high.    go eagles.  8)

In any sport, just having the most talent, want win the ball game. But the team that executes, down the stretch when the game is on the line, will normally win the game.

Good game, good learning experience for a young ozen team.

Ozen would have most definitely won the first round playoff game, and several of those district games they lost, if the mitchell kid was the qb at ozen. But good luck to him at the next level.

Hard fought game that went to overtime. ozen never did quit or give up. Thanks seniors, time to regroup for next year. go panthers.  8)

You  have to have much respect , for a class act when a coach and team win a game, when they were already in the playoffs, that helps your team make the playoffs. That's where the renewed friendly rivalry comes from. go panthers !!
