All of this my district against your district cracks me up. I don't think anybody really cares about it in 22-4A. Just put-up or shut-up in the playoffs and leave it at that. There is no alligance to any team other than your own, especially in the playoffs.

Anyway, prediction! I would have to give the edge LC-M being at home. Although, I think it will be close.

I am not complaining about the scoreboard. I think it is very nice! Am I jealous? No way! I think it's great for the LC-M stadium. It really dresses it up. Nederland will be getting their new one soon I am sure. I just question the way it was used. I even give LC-M props with the intro. Very Cool! Do you hear the Nederland air horn during snap counts? NO! The only time it is used is during run-throughs and after scores. Most outsiders don't even know why it's used anyway. It's a memorial to a player that passed away.

Just wait pirate fans. You will see when they start play the "we will rock you" theme with godzilla and king kong on your third downs. Keep on playing all of that during the game and get sanctioned by the UIL!

Whoever controls the board was using it to pump up the crowd and elicit a reponse during the Nederland game. They were using it to create more noise against the opposing offense, espcially during critical third down situations. All of this is illegal under UIL rules.

Get ready to be annoyed by the scoreboard!!! Hopefully they have toned it down a tad, especially since it's against UIL rules.

So I guess you are going to ask Lumberton to let yall win this week, then beat Nederland the following week. Get real! They are worried about their own team, not helping LC-M.

I so tired of people comparing scores and similar teams played! It means nothing and proves nothing!

I guess others can't stand that Nederland and Dayton are keeping it civil on here. I guess that's why texans made up this thread. Always trying to stir the pot.

I am predicting Ozen in an upset. I agree Vidor has played better football this year, but in the past they've had the tendency to fold when they are out of the playoff picture. We will see if this team is any different.

I did see some Nederland fans leaving in the 4th quarter, but what was even more surprising to me what the fact that LC-M couldn't pack their own stadium with all of that BOJO! This was their biggest game in years. I guess they are just Better Off Jumping Off!

Wow! What a game tonight! Happy Birthday Coach Neumann! Congrats to Coach Neumann and his players on the big win. Who would have thought this would have turned out to be a defensive battle? The defense is coming around. I did have one observation about the scoreboard though. I thought it looked great, but playing it so loudly and often when the other team is on offense was a little much. I thought it was a slap in the face to the LC-M band. Did they ever get to play? By the way, I believe it is against UIL rules to use it in the way they did. Overall, great job boys! Keep working hard!

Just because fans and players get pumped up doesn't mean it will translate into success. Anybody can get pumped up! Deciding factor???? I think not! If teams won every game they got pumped up for, then they would all be undefeated!

You can't compare scores between any teams, especially Mid-County Madness. That's a rivaly game, and no matter how much better one team is, it almost always seems to be close game. Every team matches up differently.
