This was a good game by the Raiders last night pretty much controlling everything all night and getting started by recovering the opening kickoff and punching it in.  Never let off the gas on either side of the line of scrimmage.

Hey LTrain,  maybe I'll wear my OU shirt and hat just for you as I watch the Raiders play tonight.

Yeah, if I were them I wouldn't be bragging about it if Friendswood wins.  It's a shame they didn't get a chance to view film or prepare a game plan.  They had already turned in all their gear and everything and many players apparently went or are going out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday.

My sister lives in Friendswood and said that Waltrip has about half their team.  Friendswood just scored :58 seconds into the game.  It's gonna get ugly.

I have always found it amusing how Oklahoma people walk around like they are football gods, and no one else in the country is worthy to even breathe their air. And yet, when you look at the OU roster, three-quarters of those kids are from Texas. Same thing at OSU.

How many Oklahoma people do you know?  Evidently you don't know many since you lump  us all together.  Why don'yt you think before you cast stones.  Maybe you should take a look in the mirror!

Do any of you have any suggestions on where to park and how bad the construction is at Friendswood high school? Angleton plays there this Friday and heard that parking could be difficult. I was hoping someone could tell me where the best place to park would be.

If Lumberton ever plays there I will be parking in my sister's driveway about three blocks away.

If you think Texas only produces great football players because of its population, then you need to get off of the football boards!!! Come on OUfan just admit the state of Texas produces great football players. OU knows it along with every other football team in the nation, that's why you find a Texas player on most  every D1 team!! WOS produces more D1 players than Oklahoma City, guess which is bigger! ;D Oh by the way I just looked it up OU has signed more Texas players this year than any other out of state team and signed more Texans than kids from Oklahoma!! I don't care how many players are in a state, colleges only sign the good ones, that's why they come to TEXAS!!!!

You are putting words in my mouth.  I never said that texas doesn't produce great football players.  I'm only saying they have to go play somewhere other than texas schools because of the quantity.  And yes, there is a correlation to the amount of players produced in texas as compared to most other states because of their population.  Oklahoma produces a fiar amount of D1 football players too.  Just not near the amount of texas.

I will not get off of any football board because someone says so.  I will continue to annoy you all if I feel the need.  BTW, Oklahoma has produced several high caliber D1 performers this decade.

I haven't produced any football players yet.  My boys are still young.

Well, considering that the population of texas is more than 7 times that of Oklahoma, I would expect more football players from texas.

So what.  I don't get your point.  About 90% of the teams around the country have multiple texas players on their rosters.  TU can only sign 25 per year, so where are the other 3,000 D1 caliber players gonna go?  OU sounds like a good place to me!  LOL

Hey MMSLB and other OU fans out there, I think we need to start a Sooner Club of Beaumont for all of the great Sooner fans out there in SE Texas.  That way we can celebrate living in the south annex of the great state of Oklahoma together.
