  2. Lol awww man don't put that on me
  3. After they get their 4th straight this week, what are their chances of giving up no points at all till the playoffs start? I know they have Kennedale and Silsbee, but if they shut both of those teams down they have a chance. I don't see anyone scoring on them in district play this year. Heck they only gave up 3 points in district last year, and this years D is better. Has any team in Texas high school football ever went unscored upon in the regular season? I know Daingerfield back in the day had some great defenses, but not sure how many shut outs they actually had that year.

  5. Embarrassing, we don't even look like we wanna be here. Three lost fumbles, no enthusiasm, no heart. Hope we decide to play the 2nd half. Woodville has a very good football team, a lot of speed.

  7. Well I've been debating on whether not to comment or not cause I trust our coaching staff and believe in what they're doing, but when your best running back only touches the ball one time in the first half and only 6 times total, something is wrong with this picture. I believe his stat line was something like 6 carries for 75 yards. I'm not coach bashing, but how does this happen? I'm sure Kirbyville had game planned to stop McGee, and they stacked the line and brought the house most of the night, but we see that every week in this offense. Just really didn't understand why he didn't get more touches. Also we're still very vanilla right now on offense, probably didn't run more than 5 different plays the other night, we just ran them to both sides of the field. With all that said Kirbyville definitely had the speed advantage and deserved to win the game. We had our opportunities, fumbled inside the 30 yard line after a long drive and missed a field goal as well. Haven't seen Woodville but judging by their scores the last two weeks our defense is gonna have to step up and get some stops. Again I think we'll move the ball but like last week we have to score on these long drives and we have to stop the big play. Orangefield 21 Woodville 20
  8. I really think this is going to be a good game if Orangefield can keep the big plays to a minimum. Orangefield should be able to move the ball, and they'll have to put a couple long scoring drives together to eat up that clock and keep that Kirbyville offense off the field. If they can do that they have a chance to win, I don't believe getting into a track meet with the Wildcats is wise. Of course turnovers will play a huge factor as always.

  10. Orangefield is scrappy but Buna is really down this year. You can throw both games out for Orangefield and Kirbyville, cause both won't have any affect on this coming Friday. I expect a competitive game, and believe me OF knows exactly what they're getting into this week.
