Mcbride is actually 3 string qb I think. He has been getting some reps at qb but the kenner kid who came in late will probably be the backup.

Less talented than last year your friends son must ride the bench or something. Who did dayton lose that we didnt replace with better athletes. Saw crosby looked average at best. Guess time will tell.

I dont think elkins will be bigger or more athletic than dayton this year. Our oline averages around 280 and thats good sized for any school. Daytons team speed is excellent and can compare with almost anyone. Elkins will be big and fast and might win the game but the size and speed difference will be minimal at best.

I think ned needs to take a step back and chill. They had some injuries and got beat by an excellent dayton team. It was a freakin scrimmage. Nederland will heal up and who knows dayton and nederland for the region sounds good to me. Keep your heads up watched crosby last night and they looked very average against a horrible mw team.

Mw went 2 deep in the playoffs with a good running back who is at lamar now. They also lost alot of players. Mw was very small and had no team speed. I would be shocked if this team fought for a fourth place position to make the playoffs.

Mw is horrible. Really hard to evaluate this game. Crosby won the live portion 2-1

Mw looks very small and slow not much of a combination.

Got here late saw about 3 poss for crosby and mw and only saw 1 td and it was by mw. Varsity about to get started.

Man sure is quiet on this thread. Liltex has nothing to say. Does anybody have anything to say about one of the top teams in the stste.

Seen a bunch of games there as a kid. Had an uncle who lived right by it. Used to be a nice little area but man how things change.

Maybe your right. Wont be long till we find out. Sometimes looks are deceiving. Last year when I watched bh struggle against a horrible lumberton team I counted out bh. Well we all know how that turned out. Bh got hot and won state. I mean beat dayton. Also smokin saying dayton is descent makes me think dayton is even better than I thought. I mean you have such a non biased eye.

Thats funny. Poor smokin I have family in bh and have made a few practices. Bh could be in big trouble this year. Im not kidding when I say they will be hard pressed to make the playoffs unless gage pulls something out I havent seen before. Liltex im stoked about the mix of seniors and youngsters on this team. If they keep their heads straight and work hard this team will be stacked for a while. One note on carranco. I might be reaching but I think not having ah holding for him has a little to do with him not looking so sharp. Ah held for him his entire high school career or at least most of it. Having said that carranco will still be the best kicker in the state. He doesnt have all these schools looking at him for nothing.

I think the crosby vs nederland game will be tougher for nederland than I first thought. I will say though that I think this dayton team is going to make alot of good teams look bad. So I wouldnt judge nederlands ability to beat crosby on how dayton handled them in a scrimmage. All I heard last week was how terrible fw was. Maybe fw isnt that bad or nederland. On a side note the crosby twins sat up by me last night I cant believe the damage they can do at their size. Their listed at 5"6 160 must have been wearing tennis shoes and a weight belt. I guess its true speed kills.

Who said ned was going to finish last in their district bhfan. I said look for this team to go deep in the playoffs.

Look to see both these teams deep in the playoffs. Daytons little sophmores grew up alot tonight. Chambers and the line looked much better. Dont think anybody is going to make a living running on dayton. This team will keep approving. Oh yeah bh look out.
