The Texas Storm Organization is looking to add an outfielder and 3rd Base to its Hebert/Cave 14U Team. This is a great group of girls being coached by D1 BU player Rachel Hebert and D1 Albany player Katy Smith-Cave. The sad thing is Crosby had a good coach, but some board members had personal vendettas against Kevin. Like him sitting their kids for destroying a a locker room from another school in the district and their sons quiting because they can't handle the workouts. The new superintendant came in and said it was his decision to force Kevin to resign, but he is an idiot if he thinks the people in Crosby don't know he had the backing of the majority of the school board to do that. No superintendant goes into a new school and forces the head football/ athletic director coach to resign with a record that Kevin had without some backing from the school board. He took Crosby to playoffs 7 out of his 8 years there and more wins than any other coach in that time. The only thing the folks of Crosby can hope for is Moore hires someone already on staff. If not, not only does Moore loose 4 or 5 coaches, but 4 or 5 coaches spouses that are awesome teachers in the district and from one school in particular, those are teachers that cannot be replaced. If that happens the board members better have their stuff packed because that community isn't going to let them hang around!!!  IMO!!! ::) ::) ::)

I am thinking Windfont and Eagleton split the responsibility as offense and defense coordinators with Blankenship as head coach. He is gonna do what they tell him to do anyway!!!!! Afterall the three amigos are more concerned about who gets more playing time than they are about educating the kids of CISD...IMO!!!!! Maybe Kazprezak can handle Special Teams??????

First off Congrats on Broncos win over Waller. I wanted to stay and watch but after being rained on all day decided to head back to Crosby. Listening to couple coaches and friends in Angleton I hear El Campo has got a decent team, most teams have to be to get three deep in play-offs. I like Dayton in this one 24-10. Besides a Dayton win and if Angleton beats Brenham that sets up a game I will not miss. Two great teams going at it, That's what HS football is all about. Keep it going 19-4A!!!!!!!!

Thanks MBarns, your boys played a great game and made it a nailbiter. Crosby did a good job of keeping your RB off the field which helped tremendously. Montgomery should be very proud of their boys, one of the best games I have seen in years.
