Brenham is having a good season...  They are 12-1, with their lone loss coming to #3 team in 5A, Austin Westlake.

No Manziel is back.  One man might win you a few games, but one man won't win you a championship.

[/quote] I'm pretty sure Angleton will be D1 since they switched districts.  Lamar Consolidated is rebuilding, so I doubt they will make the playoffs.  If they don't, Angleton will go D1.  No doubt, D2 will be stout though.

No doubt... Angleton is the fastest team i've ever seen.  We arn't slow be any means, but when we played them, it looked like we were in slow motion.

Look at Jayhawk doing his homework. ;) Typical scrimmage, their were mistakes by both teams, but they will be corrected before the season starts.  We primarily focused on our ground game.  Manvel is pretty similar to Angleton.  From play calling, to speed, to QB type.  They will be a playoff team.  All and all, it was a success for both teams.

Regular Season Waller- Rival who upset us last year. Lamar- They were up 2 TD's and ran a play action play for a 30+ yard TD to run the score up with just over a minute to play. Playoffs PNG- Always fun playing a team with this much tradition. Dayton- Round 1 went to Dayton, round 2 to Brenham, get your popcorn ready for round 3! Aledo- Revenge is a meal best served cold.  Ask Dayton, it's tough to beat us twice in a row.

Brenham moved to 7-0 after sweeping Bryan. 3-0 (25-21, 25-16, 25-10)

I do respect PNG and i've made a couple of friends that are PNG fans.  However, it seems that there's a few that want to dish out the trash talk, but can't take it.  I love the pride and tradition that PNG fans have, but I remember people saying how we lost to Waller and the real game would be against Angleton, last year.  I'm fine with that, but if you talk trash, you better expect to receive some it right back.  I left it alone for a while, but "the video" was brought up again, so I don't see why I can't make comments too.  Everything I say is out of fun, but y'all take it so serious...  Lighten up a bit, trash talk makes things fun.  Need something to pick on us about... We lost to Lamar, Waller & Aledo.  Take your pick.  I apologize if my joking around has offended anybody. :-[

[/quote] It would be a long drive if you did, it's in Brenham.  Another game you might want to catch is Brenham @ Stratford.  It's closer, it's on a Thursday, so you won't miss your teams game and you can scout us or Stratford....(depending if y'all go D1- Stratford or D2- Brenham)... Last game of the season so it will give you a pretty accurate assessment.
