1.
Dear Father in heaven, I praise and thank You for using the sport of Football to draw me closer to You. I want to play this game so it is not about me, but all about You. I need Your Spirit to be in total control of my thoughts, actions, emotions and words. Help me not to worship the sport, but to be thankful for the skills and interests you have given me and to use them for Your glory. Help me also to encourage my teammates toward growth and maturity with You. Guide our coaches in making wise choices and help them be the kind of leaders You want them to be. Please keep all players free from injury, according to Your will, and bring healing to those injured. Lord, I trust You to renew my strength in times of weakness so that You will be glorified in everything I do. Help me to praise You in victory and defeat. I love You and thank you for your love for us. I pray these things in Jesus name, Amen! Have a great season and stay safe.  Lets Go Pirates
AMEN !!!

WOS by 14.
WOW..your beloved Bulldogs ..Based on what you saw last year...What I saw was Nederland went through 4 QBs and still played ok..And with the experience we have coming back it will be a little better game to watch... 3.
The White Sox team is mostly players from the Oklahoma area. He did not make the Texas team. Roberts has been an Arkansas verbal since he was a sophomore. I've seen him twice and I am still not sure of all the hype.
Looks like a pretty good short stop..... I have watched him when they played us in the play offs and at area code..He does get some hype, I wonder why Arkansas?
 4.
Can Sonnier throw or is he strictly an option as a wildcat qb?
Hit him a ground ball ;D
 5.
He has been selected to play for the Chicago White Sox in the Area Code Games in Long Beach, California.  This tournament showcase some of the best talent in the nation.  Players must be recommended by a pro scout and then try out and be selected to participate. [Hidden Content]
He was at the Texas Rangers area code  with my son...He must not have made the final cut in Texas. I am almost 100% sure that is the team ( Chicago ) the kids from Texas area code play..But I did hear the same thing you posted.

Trev's a competitor, my monies on what's in his gut showin up on Friday's.  I think he knows that he's a high school senior only one dang time in his life.  He's a special kid, wish nothing but the best for him.
Electing not to play would not make him any less of a "competitor". Trevin will do what is best for him.
I think we know were each other is coming from Pats..I will support him no matter what he does just like you guys did.
 7.
Basebow, is Trevin still going to play football since he signed?
Good Question ???
 8.
Does anybody know if Trev is playing football now that he has commited? I hear rumors that he is not playing. That hurts Nederland if he does not :-[
WOW
 9. Hey GCMPATS Trev still has not made his mind up.. Hate to say it may be a nice choice that Price has made..
 10.
1. Central 2[glow=red,2,300]. PNG  ( I could see Ned winning the rivalry game and taking second)[/glow]3. Nederland 4. Ozen / Vidor
whaaaaaaaat  :o

Razor- Do you have a better reason for why Nederland is a dark horse?
I just think that no one is talking much about the Dogs and I feel they will end up being better than most suspect...there will be quite a bit of youth, particularly in the lines on both sides of the ball, but the kids they have are plenty capable and will simply have to adjust to the varsity game, which I fully suspect they will, given time...skill position wise, Nederland has plenty coming back with multiple experienced receivers...everyone seems to be overly concerned about the QB position, but I am not...to me, there are 3 very viable options at that position, all of which I am comfortable with...Nederland will have a good QB, it just remains to be seen who that will be...I am confident that they can win with any of the 3 or even a combination of the 3 in some fashion...i look for the Dogs to perhaps start out a bit slow as they feel their way thru some new faces but continue to improve as the season goes on and peak come the end of the season as Neumann and company have become so adept at doing
Sounds good razor, you sound like a coach on the Nederland  staff ;D
 14.
DRUG TEST EVERYONE FROM PRINCIPLE ON DOWN ,,, THEN SEE WHAT THE OUTCOME IS....... :o
Test Kids Parents and coaches :D
 15.
Chance Bolcerek and Ty Schlottmann have both signed with A&M.  These kids are something else.  Ty is a great dual sport athlete and Chance is my pick for 4A player of the year next year.  Check his stats and i'm sure you'll agree that he has a good shot at it.
Thought they could not sign until Jan.
 16.
I predict that when they play almost 4 months from now, Nederland will be on their 5th quarterback  and will win anyway.
That is not funny if its your kid at QB :D
 17.
I don't know. Maybe someone can enlighten us. Did Menard play in 7 on 7?
No.... he played 9 on 9 on the diamond :D ..And he did a fine job for the Sun Devils in Georgia...He is a great kid..wish we had him in Nederland at RB ..
 18.
PNG w/ Dustin Long @ QB  vs Stephenville w/ Kendall Briles @ QB in the Astrodome. Unbelievable, electric atmosphere.
I seen that game ..WOW That QB from stephenville was the real deal

 22.

6/30/2010 2:42:43 PM Three Texas Sun Devils pitchers combined for a 1-hitter in a 3-1 win over the Freshwater Storm.  The Storm's only hit was a leadoff single in the top of the first inning and only one runner reached base after than, on a throwing error. LHP Chaz Hebert (2011, Breaux Bridge, LA) pitched the first 3 innings for the Sun Devils, striking out 5 hitters.  The 6-2, 180 southpaw was consistently in the 87-89 mph area with his fastball.  He was relieved by 2010 Oregon State signee RHP Dan Child, who threw a quick 2 innings with his 89-92 mph sinker and sharp 82 mph slider.  The Sun Devils then  brought in 2011 SS Jace Conrad to close and Conrad retired 6 consecutive hitters with an 87 mph fastball and 74 mph curveball. Texas managed only 3 hites of LHP Cameron Tewksbury of the Storm but that was enough to pick up a second pool play victory.       WP: Danier Child 2IP, 1H, 1ER, 1K LP: Cameron Tewksbury 5IP, 3H, 3ER, 6K SV: Jace Conrad 2IP, 0H, 2K Trevin Sonnier(Ned)  1-3, R, SB Price Jacobs(GCM)   1-2, 3B, R
Who got the third hit then for the Sun Devils?  Don't stop at naming just two of them.
WOW....A kid from the Sun Devils got the 3rd hit :D
 23. No Nederland kids were notified ... I think that meens the coach did not nominate any of the boys .....That may have been what happen in Jasper.
 24. Is anybody at this tourny at ULL that can give some updates on the Sun Devils & the Prospects..And congrats Go out to CHIP on his boys(Tim) first next level hit..First of many ;)
