The Ags beat Houston Baptist 7-2 to improve to 20-5 on the season.  3 game conference series at home vs. Missouri this weekend
Its parent weekend this weekend so if any golden triangle fans wanted to come watch a game, i'd wait foe another one.. All the games are sold out already i think and general admission will be hard to come by i believe. Just trying to say y'all some gas..
 2. LCM handed out way to many walks.. Congrats to PNG for taking advantage of the opportunity.. Next time.
 3.
This game really could go either way.  If LCM plays like they did against us, i'll take them by 2 or 3.  If they play like they did in a couple other games I saw, PNG will run away with it.  The Bears have the the talent, but we're very inconsistent when I saw them.  I havn't seen PNG this year, so I don't have much to go off of, other than what I read on here. PNG 7 LCM 6
Come on BF, i feel no love...

Nelson will be on the bump and the most runs he has given up is 2 and that  was to a good Livingston's team against a SFA signee. I think that PNG is going to score atleast 5+. Another tid bit of information is that Nelson has only let up 2 runs in district so far. So with that statistics posted for you. I do not think LCM will score 5. PNG wins this one
Which two teams was Nelson facing when he pitched??
To Bear:    It was not Central and Ozen if thats what your thinking. He gave up 2 against Livingston and shut out Lumberton....
I knew he threw the shut out against Lumberton just wasn't sure about the other. Have y'all faced Vidor?
 5.
Like what I see of Png this season. Take the Bears in this one by several if this is a home game for them. If at Reservation, it could go either way in a close one. Winner takes control of the district race ::)
The game is home for the Bears... So i agree with you  ;D

Who would've figured that after their terrible start.
You were close, Saw that the horns won two out of the three, did what the ags did against them.
UT just looked better doing it.  8)
Whatever helps you sleep at night..  ;)
Cold Shiner Bock, Salt Lick BBQ and kickin' atm's behind usually does it. Been sleepin' good lately.
I'm down for the first two, don't sleep well when the last one happens.. Been a rough year sleeping in my house.

 10.
Mar. 30 - Port Neches-Groves, 7:00 p.m.* Mar. 31 - at Livingston, TBA* Apr. 3 - Nederland, 7:00 p.m.* LC-M definately got the shaft out of everyone this week with the schedule.  They have to play the other 3 best teams in district in 5 days.  All of the other schools have Central in there somewhere, so they can rest pitchers and save arms.  We will find out soon if LCM has enough arms to stay on top of the district standings.
I would have to agree that we got the short end of the stick but if we can come out with three wins, LCM would earn a lot of respect in the district race.
 11. We got a long week ahead with no baseball being played on Tuesday. Bears got two big games this week taking on PNG and Livingston, while PNG takes on LCM and Vidor. Each team will take on the opponents in consecutive days so pitching will be a key. who ya got in the one on Friday? I'm thinking this will be a nail-bitter til the end, Bears are playing with alot of heart and win this one 5-3. Go bears!!

So unless y'alls pitching is 3x better than that of the ags, i think the game will come down to who's hitting better.
 13.
Updates?  Looks like my LCM friends are slacking on me...
You tell em'... I need some updates..
 14. I'm glad the Bears already got one of the two games out of the way.. Can't sleep on Ozen this year.
 15. Well this could shock the district if Ozen continues with pace
 16. Got two local teams on the list now.. We need to add some more.

Ags start conference this weekend with a 3 game series at home vs K-State
I'm going to be in College Station this weekend and tried to get tickets to Saturday's game but they are sold out.  Guess that's a good sign!
You can hang out in the parking lot behind left field and see the game pretty good, unless they build a higher fence with the new stadium.  We used to have a lot of fun ot there until they quit letting us do certain things.  ;)
I'm going to head out there early and see if I can get some tickets.
They still have the people in the left field. Every game i've been there hasn't been that many. But i have made it to a saturday game yet. made every other one..
The first baseball game I ever went to at A&M was a Saturday game against UT.  There were 7,000 in the game and an estimated 4,000 in the parking lot.  The left fielder could barely see with all of the smoke from BBQ pits.  JJ's liqour was delivering kegs to the parking lot, and people would park their cars a week before the games to save spots.  I never went inside the park until my senior year when they started a lotto for parking spots and banned all of the fun in left field.  Maybe some old timers on here will remember the fun times at Olsen.
Hahah wow.. Yea i have never seen it like that at olsen. School probably won't allow you to do it that big anymore. sounds like i'm missing out on an experience.

 19. A&M split a midweek series with UT-PA to go 14-4 on the season
 20. They better pull there act together against these better teams. We made 3+ errors in the two games i saw. Errors will be the end of us if we don't stop it.
