What do you say was the number match up?
I'm in Oklahoma, but I'm trying to find out.
Haha Yea i see. Knowing Brenham though they will bounce back and force a game three for sure though. Gasp.. I'm disappointed Brenhamfan.. You're always there. lol
See what happens when I don't go.... I have to go to the OSU graduation.

Probably, but if they don't, that's gonna be one angry town this summer. You can't make it to Round Rock 3 years straight and then get bounced in the first round. I'm sure glad the next game is in Brenham.
I could imagine the anger, and if the Lady Bears bounce y'all tomorrow in game 2 y'all will be all kinds of upset.. how's the pitching info coming?
We threw our #1 (Stegent). No worries though.... You guys saw our #2 (Kubeczka). He's no slouch. Weird scores from the 17-4A vs 18-4A match ups yesterday. W17 Brenham 0 F18 Summer Creek 3 R17 Montgomery 2 T18 Willis 6 T17 Magnolia 18 R18 Humble 0 F17 Magnolia West 8 W18 Kingwood Park 0 The lower ranked team won in every game.
Dang.. I say that is some weird scores. Thanks for keeping me updated on that side of the bracket.
Bear country we need to just let it go as far as hitman goes. (i think he is coach at crosby) You, me, and all of our current and former players know our team runs a few offensive plays like "fake steal of home". Coach tells us when to get started. Nothing wrong with that at all. You can't wait until pitcher goes into windup, too late. Hopefully knees buckle. They did. Sometimes these things work. Last night it did. I say good luck to both teams today. Enough of the bickering.
Yea i'm sure. We can argue that all day til we are blue in the face. Big game tonight though. Lets hope our players can get focused for game 2 tonight.
2nd paragraph. 3rd sentence. Please read the article. Do not skim. "A walk-off home run is simply a home run that results in a win for the home team."
Will you please read the whole section marked definition that talks about over coming a deficit and explain to me how your 8 run lead turned 11 making the run rule go into play accounts for that definition you provided
When did my wife get an account on SETX Sports? Good lord. The definition is pretty clear. The HR results in the home team winning. PERIOD. The examples provided do not include a run-rule walk off HR BECAUSE in the MLB it is not possible to have a run-rule walk off HR since they do not employ the mercy rule. So yes, the only way to win in the MLB via a walk off HR would be if the home team is tied or trailing by less that 4 runs when the HR occurs. We play baseball at various levels besides the MLB. In order to expand the definition of a walk off HR to little league, high school, and NCAA regulated games you HAVE to take into account a victory via the mercy rule. In that case, when the home team hits a HR that "results in a win for the home team" it is by definition a walk off HR. It could also be a walk off base on balls, single, double or triple. (The same concept is applied.) The event resulted in the home team winning the game.
I understand your side of the argument don't get me wrong, i just don't think the walk-off has as much hype when it is hit because the team was already winning.
There is no doubt that in regard to drama, suspense, electricity, hype, (whatever adjective you want to use to describe it) a walk off home run in a run rule game is not even close to that of one in the bottom of the 7th (or 9th) inning with your team tied or trailing. They are both, however, walk off HR's.
Alright i guess i can live with that. I vote on a re-name though.
if you can read i said I can see why they called it.. he jerked, or a quick move, while his right foot was going back.... which is not a balk.... as for what you seen, only 1 CALLED IT. If you know the rules, hands in the air means TIME. When one calls they all throw their hands in the air to signal time or dead ball... like a foul ball... As for the floating strike zone you are right. In the 5th inn there was a no call 3 strike that would have got crosby off the field only giving up 1. the ump missed a lot of calls both ways. AND NO... 1ST AND 3RD HAVE BETTER VIEWS BECAUSE THEY CAN SEE THE BACK OF THE RUBBER. I take nothing away from the LCM kids.. they did a great job battling back. I just think it is BUSH as a coach to Yell right before a wind up to try to get a balk. Its not againt the rules.... JUST BUSH LEAGUE!!!
Get over yourself guy. Its not "BUSH" league to yell at his own players. IF was yelling at your players that he was going than thats different. Just suck it up that your players can't handle a high pressure game.
Bottom of the 7th at LCM tied 8 all with 2 outs, James Swan Grand Slam. That's a true walk-off. And I'd imagine that Crosby is a little more than shell-shocked.
I'm glad to know us LCM folk know what a true walk-off is.
