  1. This was a wild one… fumble on the 3, kick return for a TD, Last second TD for the Cougars. It had it all should go back and watch it.
  2. That’s Crazy. In that situation Crosby ends up 3rd?
  3. We will take all of North Shores 2nd and 3rd string players lol…
  4. Meh, they are bad but 62 in 3 quarter has only been equaled by Brazoswood who is going to make the playoffs as a 6A team.
  5. Crosby finally dominated a game... granted versus Sterling. Biggest game of the year for the Cougars if they win out they have a good shot at making the playoffs. Even tho we'd likely play a juggernaut playing a playoff game is always better than not playing a playoff game. BH taught us last year, there are plenty of paper tigers out there and anything can happen.
  6. The real question is in what quarter will they start broadcasting...
  7. Honestly this game goes one of two ways. Exactly like the Crosby game and it comes down to some key plays at the end of the game for winner and loser. or Exactly like the KWP game and BH out classes the district. Regardless for the next two weeks I'm the biggest Eagles fan on the forum go beat PAM and Porter.
  8. That's very hard to know. You have about 7-8 players who are nursing injuries so at any time you might lose one during practice, or on a training table. If the team that was playing versus Sterling is an indication then Crosby would be at 85% if the QB 1 plays. This year Crosby has played games without the following at various times WR #1, WR #2, WR #3 RB #1, LB #1 DL #1 Safety #1 Cornerback #1 It's not just injuries we were losing the core of our defense and offense at various times. Hopefully we've had enough weeks to get ready. We looked the healthiest I have seen versus Sterling and were still missing QB #1. Simultaneously we were the most unhealthy versus PAM a couple weeks before so... who knows.
  9. So it looks like he played against Porter because we needed him, but then didn't play against Sterling because the JV could have beat Sterling. I would bet he's playing versus La Porte the only question is after the 7 Td performance against Sterling and how in synch the backup and the starting wide outs look, do you play him at QB when he's healthy? We know Crosby has had no problem flipping players positions, even as late as the first round of the playoffs... Maybe QB 1 becomes RB 1 or WR 1.
  10. After this last week who the heck knows? Crosby loses by 1 To BH but gets blown out by KWP, BH blows out KWP, Crosby blows out Lee but loses by 7 to PAM, PAM loses to Lee by 7. this district in cannabalizing itself.
  11. Wow? I guess letting everyone hang around every game caught up to ya.
  12. Nah, you were being immature bud. great game from Bh exceed all my expectation they should go in to blow out PAM as well and lead the district into the playoffs. good luck to the Eagles going forward.
  13. Hill showing their character once again. Imagine how much crying to staff would happen if we started name calling after every bad call from BH posters. great game by BH you should beat PAM too. Everyone’s very confused how you managed to lose to La Porte tho…
  14. We scored a single 4th quarter TD... We put up 62 in three quarters, if your complaining about that then get better defense.
  15. No one seems to have them I went looking.
  16. KWP wins by 21+ points this is a mismatch. All of BH's weaknesses are KWP's strengths and I think BH gets absolutely bullied at the line of scrimmage in this one. KWP might have the best QB in district, and definitely has the best O-line in district making life very easy for their runningbacks. I know fans are hopeful creatures but this one has all the makings of a beatdown IMHO.
  17. mixed people whoopsie.
  18. Seems to have been a rather unique situation, I do not have any other instances of muilti-year bans I can point to. Also, in that particular case all of the kids were Freshman so perhaps the 3 year varsity ban was due to that, not sure why Exec when so hard in the paint.
  19. Yea, first day of enrollment.
  20. As far as I'm aware no recruiting violations have been proven, or even brought to the Executive Committee. I think the difference is the level of proof. Also, San Marcos was just made playoff eligible last week. Also, the number of students does matter.
  21. That would mean he'd be eligible at some point next year.
  22. @kenny powers @Separation Scientist Just a question for yall, Is he eligible right now? or is he serving a suspension by the DC? Also, normally the penalty is a year ban. There are some instances of longer bans but those generally require faking residency. So why do you think he will be ineligible next year? I'm genuinely interested, and I'm not finding instances of complete bans on students, almost always the UIL rules ineligible for the remainder of season. Also anyone else that has actionable knowledge about this process would be welcome to chime in. To be clear this is what the UIL Parent Manual Says: "A student who changes schools for athletic purposes is not eligible to compete in varsity UIL athletic contest(s) at the school to which he or she moves for at least one calendar year, even if both parents move to the new school district attendance zone." And before you say district executive committee "If the District Executive Committee where the student now lives finds at any time that the change was made for athletic purposes, it shall declare that student ineligible to participate in athletic contests for one year. This may include a student who did not compete at the previous school. If the committee decides that the period of ineligibility should be longer than one year, the committee shall transfer the case to the State Executive Committee. Subject to Section 403 (f) and 463 (2)(A), a student who has established varsity eligibility under this section at a member school but who subsequently enrolls in another member school and is found to have changed schools for athletic purposes remains eligible at the school, where eligibility was first established."
  23. He's a Dayton superfan not sure why he would be proud of Crosby.
  24. probably, Sterling is terrible.
