Either you give credit to the coach when they win and blame him when they lose or give the kids credit for the wins/losses. If the talent was so good (as u claim), then don't you think the team could overcome bad coaching? So does the Ciabalo Steele team who beat PAM by 20+ points have a good coach or is it pure talent? A TEAM can have all of the talent in the world (see Miami Heat), yet not win. It's not always the coaches fault, but many on this board LOVE to point the finger at the coach. I'm not just talking about this thread, but I see it all of the time (not just football coaches). It's kinda like the Monday morning QB! All of you who come on this board and talk negatively about coaches, I have a question for you: [b]What is keeping you from applying for this opening to see what it takes to be a coach? As for the scaffold...a rule of thumb for you...if you take care of the little things, the bigger things will fall in place...I moved it in 15 minutes...give $300k as a Superintendent...I'd also make moves in 15 minutes... ;)
