  3. Just saw  that Coldspring would likely be replaced by Lufkin JV. So i guess i answered my own question. BucketSitR
  4. Just heard West Sabine lost first game.. Don't know score, they were suppose to play Coldspring. (Are they playing b-ball yet??) Play loser between Hemphill and Tarkington Friday morning. BucketSitR
  5. Thanks for the update Nuthin', wanted to make this game but couldn't get away. This was one of the games that you mark off on your calendar as a must see. Good Luck to both teams the rest of the year. BucketSitR
  6. Last year this would have been an upset with a Blankinship lead Spurger team. Spurger was definitely the better team last year. This was actually the game that Blankinship got hurt... This year WS has the same team back plus a very good and deep bench,  Good luck to both teams the remainder of the year. BucketSitR
  7. Eagles, i have to chime in on this. Hemphill's problems go deeper than the Basketball team. They will struggle this year. BUT, NONE OF THIS HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE LACK OF COACHING, I HAVE GREAT RESPECT FOR COACH H AND I WILL NOT SIT BACK AND LISTEN TO THE PROBLEMS ARE WITH THE COACHING STAFF THERE. BucketSitR
  8. WS lost first round to 3A Brownsboro  58 to 51. Play 3A North Lamar this morning at 9:30. It is a 3GG, they are the smallest school in this tourney and it will be great game experience for them to start the season off with. Good Luck to all teams in tourney play this weekend. BucketSitR
  9. West Sabine 70  Hemphill 50.  Alot of rust in this game as it is the first time on the floor this year. They have a deep bench that will help this year.
  10. I would like to thank SETXSPORTS.COM for letting me bring West Sabine Tiger football to you this year. I was quite an experience. Thanks, Jordan and Cory for making it happen. There is no question why this is your place for High School sports in all of Texas. Thanks again, David Grant BucketSitR
  11. West Sabine Tigers vs Garrison Bulldogs Friday at 7:30 Carthage
  12. If the Legget stud did not graduate last year they are my top pick. That girl can flat out play... BucketSitR
  13. Congrats to all "Team Kennidi". From the looks on Grandads face this morning that girl is in for some serious spoiling!!!! Jordan you just became number 3 on the totem pole, and falling fast!!! BucketSitR
  14. Thanks to all those that listened to the broadcast. We had a few technical difficulties, but got it lined out. I learned alot and it will be better in 2 weeks for the HD game from Pineland. West Sabine was real flat tonight and just couldn't execute like they have all year. Turnovers killed us tonight and allowed the Lions to capitalize with at least 4 TD's. #22 for the Lions had a career night with 5 TDs .   The WS Tigers will regroup and be fireing on all cylinders come playoff time. Thanks to SETXSports for lettiing me broadcast this game for you. BucketSitR
  15. Work...The Tigers like WORK!! Good Luck to both teams! BucketSitR
  16. One Game at a time TIGERS! Better than that....Play Hard every down, series,Quarter(All 4 of them).  Play with the "HEART OF A WS TIGER"!!! BucketSitR
  17. West Sabine welcomes the Oilers to Pineland for our Homecoming. The WS Junior class will be serving Brisket, fried Chicken and all the fixins in the cafeteria before the game. All the Oiler nation is invited to this pregame meal. Nothing like a full belly to watch another great Friday Night Lights game in East Texas. Stay focused Tigers. Wish both teams an injury free contest. BucktSitR
  18. West Sabine 50 Colmesneil 0  Final WS cranked it up tonight. Scored at will and D was stout. Score could have been more but we played everyone and tried FG on first downs inside the 10. Keep it up Tigers. Scoreboard went black in the second quarter and never came back on. What is it about the Tigers and others fields. Last week it was the lights on our side at Mt Enterprise and now the scoreboard. BucketSitR
  19. West Sabine JV 24  Colmesniel 6. Real good game by both teams. That #1 for the dogs was tough. BucketSitR
  20. You may want to go to the High School Football Board and read my post about Coach Jack Whitton. BucketSitR
