Great game #27 and Bucs. #27 is a special athlete he should have a bright future. As for the Bucs better hope he don't get hurt are it will be a long season. You all enjoy this win the Horns will be back for you next year!! Great game and the crowds were unbelievable. I am proud to be a Longhorn! The way the boys kept their heads up and played hard to the end was great. In past years not sure that would have happened. The Horns just need to keep playing hard and good things will come. As fans we need to keep playing this game. I know my son is in middle school and when he saw EC on schedule he was excited. Then when he found out it was just the high school playing. All of our kids and EC kids run around with each other. That makes it a fun trash talking game for them and us. I know back years ago it was fun for me and many others.

EC quit playing HF because they got tired of the ass whoopings!! They started playing HF again when they started having  alot of talent. Then quit again because they lost most of the talent. So come this Friday let the whooping start again!!!!

The Rice Bowl is back!!!  This is going to be good. The coach that got passed on is the OC at EC. I bet he is licking his lips at this chance to get one up on HF. I am sure he will be pulling out all the tricks and might stay up a little longer looking at film this week. I wish him the best but if the Horns are really turning things around it will be like old times whipping up on the Bucs!!!!!!!!

Gladaitor 14 Premier tryout Sunday at Marauder Park. Tryout will start at 3:30.

Marauder charges $600 a month. They have a little field and big field. They also have batting cages that are covered.

The people that I have been involved with that have moved into the area are not always complaining. They have tried to get more involved and are working on turning the programs around. Yes I don't always agree with the coaches but all I can do is sit back and trust their decisions. We have had some good athletes move in that have helped the programs out but most of them moved in and their parent got involved.

Let the man coach and do his job. We have alot of talent coming up lets see how it goes. We may never be able to compete against WOS and Silsbee but you never know. It is a game and you never can tell whats going to happen in a game with kids playing!!!! As for the parents out there tell your kid to play as hard as they can and never give up!!! As for all you transplants that have moved in get on board or go back to where you came from!!! My question to you is why did you choose to move in our area? Why didn't you stay in your hometown? GO HORNS!!!!!!!!
