I believe Dr. Holmes has put together a really good search committee and is committed to finding the right candidate for our community.  Those candidates from within have a great opportunity to show their leadership and work ethic now in our off season program. I would be interested to know who has stepped up and improved our off season program and has began talking to kids about 7 on seven?  If anyone has any info good or bad please please send me a personal email regarding that.

Wow!! All this controversy over the little hj football program.  I guess that is good. 

The kids that play on the football team at HJ do want a successful football team.  Despite some HJ loyalist who believe there is not enough talent at this time to produce winning record, I said winning recolrd not winning district, there is enough talent to be abovve 500 and compete in all games. 

I know a little about football besides from my pee wee experience.  Not as much as you I'm sure.

I guess I do know lazeek.  Farmer, get a life!  I can take all the heat you can give. On this forum and off. 

The farmer is a joke.  It's obvious he knows nothing about hj football program.  And probably little about anything else other than stirring the pot.There are many problems here in the program and I won't go into them on this forum.  I hope we get a new head coach who is primarily concerned about winning games and teaching life lessons.  Our short term goals may not be winning district with the likes of wos who has a great football program, but playing to our potential is my goal.  If the farmer was an hj football fan and new anything about football he to may have some questions and frustrations.  I don't know who lazeek is, but I'm sure he is an hj bball fan like many of us.  What would you have to say if hj basketball program had just 2 losing seasons back to back?  I hope that hj leadership supports the hc they hire and has as high of expectation for the football program as the basketball program.  Lazeek, there are many football people that share my frustrations.

Gladly bedelmon and us hj fans don't have to get ready for district.  At hj our kids and coaches actually do all the heavy lifting.  We are just having a little fun, and fun it was imagining all the crow buck fans were eating last week.  Anyway hj has an off-week so we appreciate the entertainment. I think it is time to move on though. Until next year.

44 is a good player, very aggressive. Just the way I like mlb's.  Only advise I would give is to make impact on game by knockout hits and hustling to ball ( which he does).  But don't go out of your way to take out knees and ankles.  Sometimes it comes back to haunt you.

Almost no way in the world! Almost??  I love those odds.  Playoffs may not be in our future this year.  We are young!! Just glad to see we are on peoples mind!  The hawks will definitely.make an impact on the district this year. We would love to be the heart breaker for some play-off hopeful team THIS year. Hawks will only get better as year goes on.

Yep hj has a long way to go!  That's very good encouragement after tonites performance!  Coaches and players expected to win. Nice to see so much attention.toward little hj.

Very interesting conversation.... for one or two maybe.

HJ has had a very successful youth football program for at least the last 5 years.  Our kids have played in the STJFL league and currently play in Lone Star league.  Many of our kids have a great passion for football, and excel in the sport.  My son and many of his friends have played football since they were 6 years old. Hopefully our program will be turned around soon.

Your either trying to stir pot, or your an idiot! We expect both a basketball program and football program.

They may have beat us BLUEDOVE3 but unlike you when you were a kid, our kids are not scared and love to play the game.

HF executed on offense very well and played disciplined on defense not giving up any big breakaway runs.  Our only score was on a great kickoff return.  Congrats HF hopefully we will be better prepared next year.
