Maybe the Cleveland 8th graders are reading these posts, and are starting to believe they don't have to play to their potential. This is why games are played.

I hope the Libery player is doing well, prayers are with him. I don't know much about either team, but with all the hoopla about the cleveland 8th grade team I expected the score to be a little different. Sounds like Liberty gave cleveland all they could handle.

I agree that the running clock is a joke, but I don't think that there is a conspiracy against the 2nd 7th grade team. The clock ran for both 7th grade teams. For some of the kids that have played "little league" football their Junior High games are about half as long, and they play half the reps.
