School board elections will be in May. So if you are realy wonting a change, when that person comes and knocks on your door, and asks for your vote, man up and ask them right there face to face. What is you stance with the program. Dont hide behind this sreen and wate for someone to do the dirty work.  If you wont to change anything it will only start at the top and work down
HF has bigger problems than basketball......they have forgotten to teach spelling  :D  :D

Here are the schools who will be participating in the YMBL tournament Dec10-12.
1) Silsbee
2) W-O Stark
3) Ozen
4) Central
5) West Brook
6) Nederland
7) P.A. memorial
8) North Shore
9) Westbury Christian
10 Houston Aldine
11 Houston Eisenhower
12 Killeen Shoemaker
13 Killeen Harker Heights
14 Dallas Kimball
15 New Orleans Walker
16 Dallas South Oak Cliff

This is the strongest field I have seen at the YMBL in many years.  What do you think?
I predict the finals will consist of non S.E.Texas local teams. ;D

Dove, why doesn't HF get in this tourney?  Do you think they will be in it in 2013-2015?
If you have a couple of middle school players scoring against their high school players in full court games, then I suggest HF stay out of the big  tourneys for right now :o

HF should began to compete in these tourneys beginning 2011. Again, when you combine several of the 9th thru 11th graders, you will see a good but very young inexperienced team.
Dove doesn't think HF can compete until HIS boys are on the high school team.
3. The information was correct at the time it was given.  Never claimed to be "mr. know it all."  I just answered a question to a post.  Isn't that why someone would post a question---to get answers.  When players move it opens up spots, therefore, try-outs are now available.

4. Morgan Walker is one of the most competitive guys I know! I would bet the farm that he is not sandbagging or doing anything remotely like sandbagging. I bet he has a plan. If you are concerned about his plan, ask HIM! That's where I would start.

Don't be a "donkey".

I don't even know who he is, but if he is as competitive as you say then he should want his team to be competing at the highest level "donkey". You are right, obviously he does have a plan and has all year, stay in elite/AAA and win the world series in Beaumont even if it's not as competitive as it should be for them "donkey".

It's competitive....they only won by 1 run yesterday and 1 run today.  If you don't even know who he is, then why are you concerned about what his team is or is not doing?
5. This team is not going to voluntarily move up this late in the season.  They will definitely be a major/premiere team next season.  They are already a major team in USSSA, but, USSSA only moved them up a month ago.  August 1st is the start of the new season and all teams will be placed in their appropriate class.  No one was complaining about this team last year and this is the exact same team (according to the online roster) as last year with only one additional player.  Give these boys some credit for putting in the hard work this year.  If you have a problem with the way Nations does things, contact the state director.  If you have a problem with the coach, contact him directly.  Until then, support these 11 year old boys that represent Southeast Texas.

6. Gambler says there are alot of questions regarding the 11 elite gladiators.  My only question is.....How in the heck do these boys play such good ball?  It's obvious these boys are well connected and put in the hard work it takes to be successful.  If you have never had the opportunity to see this team, I encourage you to go to Ford Park next week to watch them in the Nations World Series.  Good luck to these boys in the Nations World Series and congratulations on the berth to the Elite World Series in Orlando.  Also, a big "Shout Out" to the 13 elite gladiators........2nd place out of 64 teams, great job!
