  1. I think it will be fair and I think most of the small schools won mind the extra traveling.
  2. Why would you come on a board to dog a kid? Thats a pretty classless in my opinion. but look at all of his measurments 6'2 210, 4.3 shuttle which he was as fast or faster than most or all the WR in that. 27 inch vert and 15 bench reps. and like most combines they do position drills and 1 on 1 against other defensive backs at the camp so he would have had to do well at that also.
  3. Lumberton is not fast by any means but they are faster and better than last year. It will be an interesting year in the district. I think all the playoff spots will be fought for. I dont see anyone just running away with it but I do think Dayton is the favorite. top to bottom the district is very strong.
  4. some people should not be allowed to leave the house
  5. Mark Brackin from Lumberton should get some consideration
  6. The sophmore 2nd basemen from Lumberton didnt start the other night against Ozen due to illness but he has been playing well this season and is a bright spot for Lumbertons future.
  7. Mark Brackin, 1 goal and 1 assist. had a third goal called back from about 30 out that was an amazing shot
  8. Actually things have changed a lot in Lumberton. The discipline last year was horrible and the kids and parents tried to run the team but this year it is nothing like that. The kids work hard and are disciplined and there is a lot of young Talent so it might take a little time but the sophomore and freshman groups are strong and the upcoming freshman next year is suppose to be a very good group but right now we are riding a bumpy road.
  9. ok on the teams ive seen im gonna give u my difference makers. Central- Fernado 9, #10, and its a big fall off after that but the rest are very solid. Lumberton- Waldrup 9, Garza 12, Poole 8, then I would sat the 2 forwards Brackin and Granato are right behind those guys but they are as good as anyone. PNG- Tallent, Hayes, Leblanc. they real solid everywhere else. Nederland- #11, #5, #20. these guys really stand out to me but ive only seen them a few times. Vidor- Biffle, Smith, Greenway. They fall off somewhat after these guys but still a pretty decent team. the few games ive seen the goalie has started out on the bench. why is this? LCM- #5 and Leger, they lack alot after those 2 guys Silsbee- Littlepage, Eaves, the Goalie and alittle ways down Deaver. The Goalie is the best in the district in my opinion just doesnt have a very good supporting cast.
  10. first 10 mins maybe, central played a great game but I thought PNG should have one. Fernado was the difference maker tonight though
  11. central only got 2 points for the tie so if Lumberton wins their last 2 games in regulation then they are district champs
  12. Ryan Wood and Bobby Abel were the real deal for Lumberton 97-00
  13. who cares they are both great players lets talk about something else
  14. Lumberton 2 Ned 1 Nederland played a great game
  15. 4-2 Lumberton Waldrup 2 goals Brackin 1goal Granato 1goal Png Hayes 1 goal Parks 1 goal
  16. Just noted what I knew never said that was why Lumberton lost. maybe you shouldnt get so worked up over one statement and be proud of your victory
  17. i know starting left forward mark brackin was at a band function not sure who else
