I dont see vidor beating Lumberton. Lumberton is very young this year with only 2 players from last years team and right now one of them is playing basketball. So they are gonna keep getting better.

AJ Dugat played WR last year but im guessing he will move to RB since he brother is leaving. last year he played alot of RB in blow outs

Kelly and Lumberton has had the strongest showings so far it seems

I dought hes as good as Mosely. Im not sure if he was on the freshman or JV team but nethier were as good as he was as a freshman.

true it doesnt make sense. his feet are not very good and he looks to be lazy and UT has already have 4 or 5 high profile guys that are suppose to be really good

I saw him many times and was not very impressed. reason why he commited to UT was because of his size but he wasnt good enough to make all-dist

I dont believe I made a prediction in my comment. I said if the offseason goes as it did last year then expect Lumberton to contend for a playoff spot. Lumberton lost 4 starters. James King Tackle, Weston Granato Tackle, Jeremy Garza WR/S, Darby Chilik LB. King actually rotated alot with a Jr during the season so you could argue 3 starters. Chilik missed most of the season and his replacements were Jacob Hanna and Anthony Beard. Both are young (sophmore/freshman) both are big and athletic. Garza will be sorely missed but Lumberton will make it work. We return everyone else so you can argue Vidor had issues a few years ago if it makes you feel better but this isnt Vidor. now you might be right Lumberton might not make the turn that alot of people are expecting but things seem to be changing in Lumberton at every level. They have never won from 7th grade up before so think what you want but ussually thats a sign of change.

anyone who has read my post knows im not one to brag but Lumberton is returning just about everybody from last year. only had 4 seniors start last year. This is also Coachs Creadur 2nd year so that is also a positive. Look for Lumberton to be a contender for a Playoff Spot next year if Offseason goes like it did last year.

Lumberton might be a year or 2 away from getting back where they have been in the past. Talent wise they are very low but do have some good young kids. But the new coach and his staff are top notch from what I hear so they will do their best and the new AD this year will not allow the idiot parents to act the way they did last year. What happened with the way some of them acted last year was down right embarrassing.

Moshier and DeJohn both have big arms. Brandon Williams has the best of both worlds. and the kids from Dayton is pretty good but has the best supporting cast of the group.

Derek Hall has not commited anywhere yet and commited and going somewhere on scholarship are 2 different things. commited means the school has offered a scholarship but can pull it any time before signing day. Also Derek Hall has not been offered by Texas yet. I'm sure they are interested just like everyone else in the country but from what I have heard he has not recieved an offer yet

Haha yes some people get to worked up about the past but good groups ussually turn out well with good coaching hence Lumberton atm being very young and they have good groups coming up every year for awhile. So sometimes people getting excited about under levels isnt a bad thing because thats where your teams of the future are.

8th graders have a really nice offense but there defense tends to give up some yards. only lost 1 this year so far

Both of Lumbertons starting DTs were out for that game and will be back this week and our starting OLB is also back this week.

Lumberton, only 4 seniors start the rest are Jrs, Sophs, and 1 Fresh. JV is 5-1. Freshman team is 4-2. 8th grade has only lost 1 and score alot of points and 7th grade has only lost 1 game to a 7th grade team.

I agree central has better athletes and I respect what their coach for what he has done but that comment about coaching taking over??? If you underestimating Lumberton because they are young and inexperienced and not the fastest team on the track then thats fine because you will not get an argument from anyone but to underestimate them because you think they are poorly coached then you are making a mistake.
