2.
A very nice Jag fan walked into our office today (in Bmt)....of course I'm wearing my Purple...she says "I'm sick of Purple"..lol. I went "awwwww" feeling sorry for the Jags. She didnt get my meaning...cause she says, "I hope we don't go into double overtime tonight like we have done before, that was a long night". I just said "yea I know".....but I was thinking we will have that game wrapped up by first Quarter. What a FAN ! Always have faith--win or lose. Now I'm a lil scared...do they have a secret weapon we don't know about?
LOL ! Now you got me thinking!

BH will not play PNG because Vidor will not lose tomorrow night. There ya go. End of conversation lmao.
twocents, you said the same about Vidor beating PNG. We'll have to wait and see. You were worong then, but I do think you are right this time. Without Mayes. Livingston is not the same team. Good luck to Vidor tonight, and to Barbers Hill. I dont want to see Crosby mess up the win streak,
I know i said the same thing against PNG but there are three factors that are in play tonight that wasn't in play last friday. 1. David Bolinger, 2. Its Senior night, and 3. This is probably the last time most senior will play in that stadium.
I wish I could be a fly on the wall in all the locker rooms tonight to hear those coaches speeches !

Don't go away from what works.  You guys have the greatest mismatch perhaps of any team entering the playoffs with the Nelson kid.  If that kid can make those catches in double coverage, keep feeding him the ball down stretch. You guys had the foot on Vidor's neck and slacked off.  2. On defense, keep #8 in positions to make plays. 3.  Keep the offense balanced.  Good teams you will face in the playoffs will stop one or the other.  4. Don't go away from the trick play.  'Tricky' teams are the dangerous teams in the playoffs.  I love the swinging gate for extra points and the shotgun formation punts that you guys do. Also, I love the guts to call double reverse pass plays.  The offensive scheme is on point. 5.  You guys need to tell your coach that the backup RB (#25 I believe) to get more time in games than 2 or 3 plays a night.  He's a gamer.  Your staff should be able to see that.  Heck, I know the fans see it.  6.  I hear that you guys have a Sophmore Reciever.  Since #4 will automatically get a double team, throw to the young gun on the other side.  I hear he's pretty good. It'll be nice to get this kid experienced in playoff football since  you  have him 2 more  years.
+1
+2
+3
About #5, if you can figure this out let me know, there has been alot of talk about this and well not much has happened. Just saying, with him in there in the last few against Vidor, Bertrand is not keyed on as bad and I believe doesn't get hit for a 4 yard loss. Don't think it will happen, but Arvie's brother could come up as a freshman and probably do good. That kid is super.... 6. Chipman is going to be every bit as good as Nelson. He has had great games this year, ie LCM, but sometimes he has brick hands...he is still young, but oh so much potential 2. #8, Chase Romero, always seems to get in the right position to make plays....luckily this year he's been in the right position with his grades, that's what I get worried about
From what I here there is good chance that Romero is going to go to a good program and that has lit a fire under his arse. Chipman is a sophmore that is bigger and stronger than half the seniors this year going to be cool to get to watch him play these next two years.
 6. 20 4A is the most exciting football to watch on a cold Friday night ! and "PNG players hand out free Jag fur coats at half time"
 7. Going with Vidor on this one even though Livingston beat us, Thinking that the wind is all but gone out of the Lions but you never know, going to be a good game, Good Luck !

 10. 15. I know there is some give and take between the coaches, but everyone can't make it, and if you don't have the votes from the district coaches, who not only see you play but watch the films of your games, your not going to make it and there is no way to please everyone.
I agree, IMO PNG's Safety,Chase #8 would be on that list for D MVP, But I respect what Nederlands D line has done this year and one of those boys should be on that list, There really is a lot of talent in 20 4A, Hard to pick just one...
 16. Central IMO has always been the top Beaumont school, This is my advice to Central“What you're thinking is what you're becoming.” ― Muhammad Ali Shake off this year and come back strong!
God i can't wait for this game. Yes yall did get lucky last year with a bs strip of the ball when Bolinger was already down but i'll go ahead and give it to you. Now lets talk stats. Last year Vidor was average somewhere around 240 yards a game and less than 20 points. Now look at it. This year (not district, the whole year) we are averaging 347 yards per game with 307 of that being rushing yards. Your defense is giving up an average of 341 yards per game with 237 of that in rushing. There's only one team that gives up more yards than yall and that freaking Lumberton. And there are only two teams that give up more rushing yards than yall and thats Lumberton and Central. Vidor has the 3rd best defense points wise, the 2cd best defense yards wise, the BEST run defense in the league, and the 3rd best pass defense. All this bs about we haven't faced the best offense team is just stupid. And as for the fumble thing with Bolinger, he has not let go of the ball at all this year. Yes last year he had a problem with fumbles but from the looks of it he fixed it. I'd love to see Romero take the ball from this year. Good luck.
I knew that would get you worked up.... Want to see the replay on that bs strip?
Do you have it? I was down on that end and you could see it was jersey, but if it makes you feel better scream all you want !
What am i gonna believe. A video? Or you? hmmmmm now thats a hard one. Come on man. Are you really gonna try and sit here and say that wasn't a horse collar?
8 grabs his jersey, strips the ball,2 goes down trying to save the play, you can call it whatever you want, reffs were there no flags thrown!
If he was grabbing his jersey it would've been stretched out. Romero either had a handful of skin or pad or something. And then he raised up his fist and hit something twice. Noone has any idea what he hit. Of course you as a PNG fan are gonna say he was aiming for the ball but you don't know that and neither do i. But its in the past so lets keep it in the past. Good luck Friday.
You too, You know it is good to get the blood pumping at least once a day! Here is to a good game and no injurys.
