If this is for player of the week, I'd say that Kendrix Salter from LCM gets my vote. He had a really good game against PNG. I don't know where to find stats though. Phillip Richard, Kamron Vaughn, Josh Thomas also had outstanding games!

LCM has sure been improving this season. If they play as well as they did against PNG then I think they will pull off another district win!!

I don't know what role BumblinBear and his five friends played, but they were all replaced with players that did not quit on their teammates, coaches, and community.

It seems to me that once the team was rid of the guys that did not want to be there, LCM played their best game in many years.

I always hear football people talking about numbers. "We need to keep the numbers up". This is a mistake in my opinion made by many football coaches. I think they need to change the wording a little. It should be in my opinion. "We need to find some kids that we can count on, that will buy into a philosophy that has been very successful in the past, that will be coachable, that will pass their classes, and not quit on their teammates."

Less quantity and more quality!

I think quittin was enough, you don't need to get on here and post negative things about your school becuase you are obviously just hurting since you weren't on the team that beat PN-G for the first time in 10 years.

Ok let's stop and think. Mid County Madness is huge for both teams next week. Both teams still have to face Dayton and PN-G still has to face Central. This will come down to week 10. Vidor and Lumberton will have a shot as well.

Don't forget about LCM. 3rd is open for ANYBODY who has the heart to take it.

I have to say this was, hands down, the best game I have EVER seen the Bears play. Hopefully it carries on through the rest of the season!!

For the people out there who get a good laugh about the BOJO thing, I'd like to say that I go to LC-M and yea, a lot of us students laugh about it and think it's pretty corny, but it's just something to try to raise a little spirit. I mean PN-G's volleyball team has a "rock a noo" thing that nobody really gets, but whatever, it's just team spirit! So please, find something besides BOJO to talk about. Ya'll have your traditions and things at PN-G and now LC-M has theirs.

I'm goin to have to go with the bears on this one. I'd like to thank Vidor for proving the underdogs can definately surprise people!! It should be a good game!! I can't wait...

I just hope it stays close. I think the bears are improving a lot and hope they can start district off with a win!! It won't be easy at all though.
