no he was staying in Lufkin with his aunt, but it was more convenient for him to go to Diboll since his aunt lived there...In no ways is it legal, but it is cerainly no worse than what Kinne is doing...His mom openly admitted they were moving because a certain coach in Canton did not get the HC Job...On top of that, look where they move...to the 2004 State Champs Gilmer...hmmm but that could have nothing to with athletic stuff, right?

Well as unsympathetic as I probably sound...where in the UIL rule book does it say that death threats warrant a legal school change?...I just think anyone could pull that crap, and how do we know there not just makin all of that crap up? As mad as I was about the whole Gilbert Moye situation in Jasper, if Kinne is allowed to play in Gilmer, then Moye should have been allowed to play in Diboll...the situation is really about the same THERE IS A BIG TIME DOUBLE STANDARD HERE

I played for Rogers and have known him for many years...There is no better coach to turnaround a program.....All the facilities you see that Jasper has is due to him...I think Jasper won like 8 or 9 district championships in a row in 4a when he was there Coach Mixon has done a great job in keeping the program up...He took the Dawgs to the State Quarterfinals in 04 and was beaten by future state champs LaGrange 2 totally different styles of coaching, but both effective

Ricky "Rodriguez" Mitchell from Jasper was every bit as good as Beasley both running and passing...plus he had a more impressive track record, leading his team to the 4a Quarterfinals in 01 and the 3a Semifinals in 02....His smaller size kept him from being recruited by colleges....If you ever saw Ricky play, you know what im talkin about

yes they were in two games and no the quality of opponent played against is not really taken into consideration....If this were the case, then no 2a, and very few 3a players would ever win because the level of compeition at those levels are generally not as high...of course with the exception of 1 or 2

what are Womack's stats...one post has him going 4-7, while another has him 7-8...which is it?

i think the shepherd coach is hurting himself by throwing his ace against Jasper and Silsbee...They should concede those games, and pitch him against Kirbyville and Buna...

his older brother is Jason and he's not playing college ball anywhere..... Travis is probably better, just cant seem to stay healthy

Aaron- the younger brother is a freshman and probably a little better athlete than Drew, his brother....shouldnt be much of a let down

You go JUCO because you can immediately enter the major league draft whenever you please....When you go to a D-1 school, you are obligated to stay there a certain number of years....Im sure someone can elaborate
