Longview is considerably different team with their football players.  I was told they were 0-7 when they came to the HJ tourney.  If they are 11-12 now, that would mean they are 11-5 since getting the football players.  I am pretty sure the two losses you mention are before the football players joined the team.

Longview is considerably different team with their football players.  I was told they were 0-7 when they came to the HJ tourney.  If they are 11-12 now, that would mean they are 11-5 since getting the football players.  I am pretty sure the two losses you mention are before the football players joined the team.

This is correct. Longview is considerably better now that they have their football players. Those early losses I would not put much value in.

I mentioned in my broadcast of the HJ/Longview game that they were the most athletic team that HJ had played all year.  And they were physical also.  They will be very good come district and playoff time.  They also have a great coach!!!
