Our first broadcast of this years Nederland Bulldog Classic has The Village Vikings taking on the Silsbee Tigers. The Vikings (4-1) are the defending Bulldog Classic champions and come off a win Tuesday over George Ranch 49-33. Silsbee (4-4) ranked #8 in 3A TABC and #6 in SETX polls this week, lost to Baytown Lee Tuesday night 74-73. The Vikings and Tigers have never met before.

Our broadcast will start 5 minutes prior to tip off which is scheduled for 1:30pm.

(game times will be approximate due to prior games)

Not if we perform like we did tuesday.  Should be an interesting game for other reasons a well.  Wish I wasnt at work....

I think Silsbee needs to worry about Hardin-Jefferson and WO-S. ;)

The Village is just too good. Silsbee doesn't beat that team in February.

So a team that is 3/4 JV and 1/4 Varsity went 4-3 with wins over Central and Memorial. Now a team that is 100% Varsity after the football players came back is 0-2 with a loss to Baytown Lee. Thats 4-5 on the year. I can't remember a Silsbee team with a losing record. Get it together Tigers. Get them basketball legs under you and play together. Go Tigers!!!
