In our local paper, Neumann apologized for his actions. Neumann has not made his living in the middle of the field. He is known for having his teams well prepared. Like I said, he must have really thought the player was out of bounds, add to that the lack of holding calls all game long, he just had a moment. Not making excuses, just saying that is not like him, even though he has plenty of fire in his belly.

[/quote] If he was holding on EVERY....SINGLE.....PLAY.... Then why wasn't your HC out there asking the refs about it? I did see #55 sling one of the Nederland players after the play.. and it wasn't called. And one of the Nederland players push him on another play and #55 pushed back and there was no call by the refs... But to say on...every...single...play.. PLEASE  ::)

[/quote]there was a pretty blatant no call on a hold for a crucial 3rd down conversion for you guys as well. Fans see the ones they want to see. Penalties or lack thereof didn't decide the game.... the players did and the Nederland players did what they had to do to get the win. Congrats  to them and their coaches.  Good luck against PC.

      It has been frustrating seeing the lack of coverage from virtually EVERY media outlet.  We (Chester) are in the SE Texas coverage area.  There are no radio broadcast from our area, and Ch 12 is the only one that has even mentioned it.   I know I could have gotten donations to cover a SETX Sports broadcast.  Oh well, water under the bridge - we aren’t as big as Silsbee, WO-S or PN-G.
