I agree....  5 straight titles, including a beat down of 3 time consecutive champ Aledo, and various 5A schools, and they barely crack the top 25....

Also, if you've ever been to west Austin you would understand why people want to live there.  Leander is basically a farm town and the LT area is, essentially, an oasis.

Lake Travis is going to be a power house no matter what any ones one on here says.....The area is growing with alot of land left and if people want to move here good for them...no refinery smell here.The 07 team has been playing since peewees just like most of the other SC teams they know the system. Andrew Luck would have been our QB before his dad took a job for the Pro soccer team in Houston....We love how people make up stuff that are coaches are going around visiting out of town players and trying to talked them into moving here.....the school and the area is what people when they move to Austin look for when buying any home just like most people across the country...also the drive to work also comes in.If your job has an opening in Austin and you are offered it where would you move to?
As far as our million dollar weight room and indoor field along with the new Arts center that was all voted in a 2006 school bond, we can not help it if your school district does not want the best for the kids in your district

I would have to pass on moving to Austin. Too many t-sips to have to deal with. ;)

I'll take a $40,000 job in the boonies over an $75,000 job in Austin.
