Well, it would be if I had made it.  There's nothing in my post that suggests anything about Dr. Butch.  Those suggestions are all in [u]your[/u] post.  I'm basically saying that the HR department in the BISD is less than "Exemplary" with a job description like that for a 5-A school - one of the largest in Southeast Texas.  I'll even connect this to a basketball post where I commented on Ozen basketball coaching.  I don't know where the weak link is in your organization but you people aren't getting your money's worth in selections that are being made.

[/quote]I've seen asinine comments like that before about somebody not wanting West Brook to win.  Why would any district want that?  Do you care to share where you recieved that hogwash from?  On the basketball post, that was simply sour grapes for the Silsbee guy not getting the job.  If you say it's not, that's cool.  Whatever floats your boat, I guess.  ::) ::)

This is standard for job descriptions.  They want to get a broad range of applicants.  This is not news!  Go look on the THSCA job board, you will see 90% of head football coaching descriptions that look like this.
