Who would you want to see your school play before district?....

For Vidor I would like to see....

OF (scrimmage 1)
WOS (scrimmage 2)
Silsbee (I miss the games we used to have with them back in the day. talk about great games)
BH (to keep it close to home and to further the trash talk between 19-4A and 20-4A  8) )
Texas High (i just like how the first two games came out and its always good to test your skills against a north texas team)

Speve, I didn't call you a "FOOL," did I?  If so, I apologize because that's not a phrase that I normally use.  Why is it you want to have Jasper in that group?  Fatten the W - L record?

I'd like to see us jump over the sabine river for a scrimmage. And definately WOS

And how about kicking the season off against Montgomery,then BH and then Silsbee or maybe even B.C. again.

I definitely like the idea of Montgomery but BC just isn't the type of team i would like to face. I'm thinking if we go down to 3A for a non-district then we should make it a powerhouse great team and Silsbee falls into that catagory. And which team over the sabine would you like to see?

Had some people from Sulphur sitting by me during homecoming and even though they liked the show, they talked smack on Texas H.S. Football. So, Sulphur. And the reason for B.C. is they insist they would have won had it not been raining. Whatever. But yeah, Silsbee would be the better game.

[/quote]I apologize for saying that you called me a "FOOL".  You did call me "SORRY, CLASSLESS, ASININITY". I do disagree with you when you inferred that Jasper was not a good team.  In the last two years Jasper and WOS are 1 and 1.  In the last two years your team and WOS are,  Silsbee 0 and WOS  2.

The same Sulphur that as a "5A Louisiana power" got blasted by Kelly a few years back?  No offense to Bulldog fans because that was a good Kelly squad, but those folks on the east side of the Sabine need to keep their noise to themselves.

Playing Sulphur as a scrimmage or during the regular season to me is a great idea! One year, Kelly and Lumberton played them during the reg. season and played well. One year, WOS, Jasper, WB, and Sulphur had a jamboree scrimmage and both played well against Sulphur! I'd love for that to happen! Hey, LCMS coach Crouch was a coach in LA before being a coach in TX and is experienced in stuff like that!

Unfortunately for PNG, WB will not be an option. They are forced into the Central/Ozen games and it would not serve them to play another 4A team!

I hear the PAM game is on. That'll be great and right around the corner. Good for fans of both schools. I would love to play Brenham in reliant to open up again. That was fun with the double header with Nederland. PNG/BHam and Ned/Montgomery with a swap the next year.

So for me and since it looks like we will get 4 pre-districts this year and WOS may be the only available week 3, Id like in this order
Week 0 Brenham (I'm sure they will reload as usual)
Week 1 TxCity or Crosby (both quality 4A with good skill position returning)
Week 2 PAM (Step down from 2011 PAM, but still good test)
Week 3 WOS (Will be very good next couple years...State title good)

I like this, with possibly substituting in Friendswood over TxCity or Crosby in Week 1.
