IF he goes for 100 yds against BH's 1st defense. I'll gladly change my "vote".

I think you'll see on Friday that BH will gash you between the tackles too. It's just not Newcomb doing the gashing.

I believe hes broke 100 yards in every game this season. Just saying.

Also Clayton Caldicutt is an absolute beast of a player for the cougars. TBH he is the defense most the time, making about 75% of the big plays in any given game. Without him we don't beat GCM because he was the one who stoned 44 a few times and they where running away from him.

What number is caldicutt?  I'm trying to remember who we specifically ran away from.  I know we did from the DE from GP but I didn't think so in Crosby
I like Tyler for offensive MVP. He has the most carries thus the most yardage for us also. However,  Wade Duke has over a 7 ypc avg. also. Wade has been our big play in the clutch specialist, winning the Ned game with a touchdown in overtime, and the Dayton game with 22 seconds remaining. Probably our most versatile player on offense. Just wanted to give him some consideration. In any event, Newcomb is very deserving of any post season accolades he receives. And I do believe Tyler can play at the next level if he so chooses. Clay McDonald was also a district 1st team fullback last year and is doing a great job for us this yr. as well.
Our whole defense should get the MVP but I would say that Reuter is the heart and soul. He should play D1 next yr. IMHO. Go BH!
Coach:  Definitely Ronnie Gage
Defensive MVP should easily go to Reuter or Troxell; however, don't forget about Sexton, Dolan, Sarria, McMillan, Goundry, Pearson, etc....

MVP and Offensive MVP – Both Newcomb and Duke have earned their spot at the top of 19-4a; however, if I had to choose, I would have to go with Newcomb.  That kid is like that Energizer Bunny, he just keeps going and going and then right when you think he’s going to go down, he breaks free again.  As for the "clutch touchdowns" yeah,  #8 crossed the goal line, but I don't see either of those touchdowns happening without the huge/timely blocks by #20. They should both definitely be at the top of the voting when the time comes and I wish them both the best of luck.

I would put Austin Walter as the Offensive MVP just because of his stats.
Newcomb and Walker have an almost identical avg yds per carry (7.65 (Newcomb) to 7.04 (Walker) ). Walker has more yards simply by having nearly twice as many attempts (169 to 93).
Rushing Averages
Newcomb  7.5
Walter  6.8

Receiving Averages
Newcomb  11.8
Walter  5.3

Return Averages
Newcomb 41.5

Hoe many kickoff returns for td does newcomb have I find it hard to beleive he averages 41 yds a return

Probably only has 3 or 4 returns.

You are correct about that...those twins will be racking up plenty of hardware in the years to come.  Very deserving in their sophomore year as well!
well then answer my question how many kick off returns does he have for td. If he averages 41 yds a return and had no td it tells me he is to slow to take it to the house. My whole point was his average is so high because he doesnt have many returns and I was just making a joke.

Gamal also had -1 total rushing yards with a -0.5 average last week, while Newcomb had 110 total rushing yards with a 10.0 average (Not to mention Newcomb's 49 yard k/o return to start the 2nd half).
Not sure what your point is either ? Isn't Newcomb a RB ? Gamal is a WR that will go D-1 next year ! ( not to mention he had 97 yd k/o return in the 2nd half )  your comparing apples & oranges !
