i just started gun hunting a couple of years ago. i'm gonna wait until i get bored with that before i start bow hunting.

Nothing wrong with gun hunting but when I have hunted with a gun, I am usually 75 or more yards from the deer. I love being 10 yards away a deer and watching every move that it makes as I try to get a draw on it while it doesn't see or hear any move that I make.

i'm thinking about putting a lean-to stand in the tree that's directly above my feeder and hunting with a cinderblock and a spear this year :)

Cool front coming in tomorrow!  Temps look good for the weekend and new moon was last night.  Can't wait but will have to wait until Saturday evening due to a youth soccer game for my little one.  That's what vacation on Monday is for! ;)
