**LEGGETT vs. SPURGER Broadcast/SPURGER TAKES #1 SEED

It will be the battle of the Pirates as the Leggett Pirates will face the Spurger Pirates TONIGHT at Kirbyville High school in a game to decide who gets the #1 seed of district 24-1A DII and a first round bye in the playoffs. Leggett (21-10, 10-3) defeated Goodrich 65-40 in last night's game to clinch a playoff spot while Spurger (22-11, 10-3) took down Burkeville 49-39 last night to advance to the playoffs and set up this #1 seed game. Leggett swept Spurger in district play.

it will be a close intense game i wish i could be there but in the end i say spurger by 7.... they looked very good and are the more disciplined team in this game and that will help them ..... wish i could see it.... but ill be at the montagne for the triple header :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) GO PIRATES :) :) :) :)
