Tonight the HJ Hawks will travel to Hamshire-Fannett to take on the Longhorns!!!!  HJ comes in with a 25-5 (3-1 in District 21-3A) record and boast the #11 3A State Ranking and last defeated BC Tuesday night by a score of 89-40.  The Horns sport a 12-12 (1-3 in District 21-3A) record and are coming off of a loss to WOS on Tuesday night.

Listen to LIVE broadcast of this game at approx. 7:50 tonight from Longhorn Gym.

Rob Lietzke will bring you the action.  Possible special guest speaker at halftime (YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS THIS) ;D ;D ;D

11-5 at the end of 1, hawks lead.  should probably be 21-5.  The hawks D has completely shut the horns down.  i'm not sure the horns got a shot off the last 5 minutes of the 1st quarter with the exception of little dove's 3/4 court shot at the buzzer that went over the goal.

      It has been frustrating seeing the lack of coverage from virtually EVERY media outlet.  We (Chester) are in the SE Texas coverage area.  There are no radio broadcast from our area, and Ch 12 is the only one that has even mentioned it.   I know I could have gotten donations to cover a SETX Sports broadcast.  Oh well, water under the bridge - we aren’t as big as Silsbee, WO-S or PN-G.
