All the nederland fans need to do is set up a booth in the home parking lot that reads, "Dayton Bronco Football Now Accepting Student Athlete Transfers:  SIGN UP TODAY AND BE A WINNER TOMORROW".  This will pretty much guarantee that the home stands will empty in mass exodus.

And before anyone from Crosby tries a rebuttal, my response will simply be asking for the score of the game when the cougars last played the broncos.

Is it bigger than LCM's?  ;D The UIL should have some type of ruling about seating on the visitor's side. 4a seating should have a minimum. Our Bulldog stadium, you can have reserve seating on the visitors side and the stands are the same size as the home side. Teams should want visitors to be comfortable. Nederland fans really buy concessions, programs, and split the pots.

I just hope Crosby doesn't put the KLVI people on the roof of the pressbox like they did for KSHN three years ago, Wadzeck started off the broadcast by saying "reservations denied!"  Funny memory, they were about six feet away from the huge speaker and had to do the radio broadcast.
As far as minimum seating, the stadium location (IMO) is really not good.  There is only one drive way past the schools into the stadium area, parking is there but getting into and out of that stadium isn't fun.  I have eaten at the Baytown Seafood in Crosby and it has been good every time, the Applebees is good, and the Sonic is one of the fastest to serve your food around here.

I remember several years ago we played Dayton before they changed their stadium, we had a large crowd and before the game started I noticed a lot of black and gold on the other side. The first half was pretty close but in the second half we started pulling away. The black and gold started making noise and you could see the Dayton fans looking over to there side that was full of Dog fans. They had been invaded, it was pretty funny.

Should have tried to play this game in Dayton at Bronco Stadium but I dont think we would have allowed that with Crosbys reputation for destroying our locker rooms.  :o

Dayton and Crosby have about the same seating capicity on the visitor side.
As for the ability to destroy a locker room, can't help ya there.

Dayton and Crosby are bad venues for playoff football.  Parking and visitor seating is horrible at both.  BH has parking, but the visitor stands are small as well and we don't have turf.  Stallworth and Galena Park are about the only decent options close by.  Texas City is not too bad, but might at well play in Humble/Kingwood if your going that far.  Huffman put in a new stadium a few years back, but have not seen it.  I hear it's nice, but not sure about capacity.

Just spank those Dogs and we'll find something better next round.

That old visitors side was definitely small.

Huffman's new stadium is nice but it only seats 6,000 so there would be no help here.

Dayton's parking is bad, but 3500 visitors seats is honestly enough for most team's fans. Maybe not PNG and NED, but most everyone else would be fine for a 1st round matchup.

Well, we have to remember something.  While there were large stadiums available...Stallworth would have been available for a Saturday game....Abshier Stadium in Deer Park is not being used at all this week...both Coach Neumann and Coach Flanigan both decided to roll the dice (figuratively) and let the coin decide (literally).
