20-4A..Who's got the toughest remaining schedule?

With 3 games left, (after PNG/Ozen today),  what team faces the most difficult schedule?

Vidor has the toughest schedule remaining, followed by LCM
I think Nederland wins out and PNG wins 2 out three

there is not a more balanced district in the state, top to bottom everyone is within a TD of each other

That balance is what makes this district so interesting,  especially so here at the end of the season.

has nothing to do with PNG. We didnt get past round 2 last year.
What did those Central teams have the past few years that went past round 2? DEFENSE. There is not a team in this district that hangs their hat on Defense and we all know come playoff time it's what wins football games.

Best scoring defense in the district is giving up 23 PPG...Not good come week 12!

Gotta agree with Badndn. With Central being the favorite, this isnt one of there better defenses. IMO, not a great D in the district. But plenty of offense.

You cant predict anything in 20-4A besides an Ozen game. I havent seen any D for any of the teams. This is what will make a difference come playoffs. Central has got the #1 spot but 2/3/4 are wide open. Good luck to all.

So is it Bad D in the district or just very high octane offenses that any D is going to struggle against. I still say bad D.

[/quote]What are you talking about?  Ozen and PN-G are great passing teams.  LC-M, Central, and Lumberton run and pass good.  You have Vidor and Livingston that are all run... Nederland is the exception. They will change their game plan from game to game, so you never know what you get...

I think talent is here in this district.  Lots of teams' have been full of great coaching moves...  Gutsy calls. I think it's had to be a defensive coordinator this year in 20-4a.  Not many shoutouts, but great defensive stands when it counts.  I know, it's a little different from what we're used to seeing..

Our Defense is pretty solid if you ask me..If anything  our offense hurts our defense..Either they score to quickly or turn the ball over in the other teams territory..Their hasnt been one team all year that has just drove the field on us, excepte Livingston and that was because of penaltys..I think this will help us in the long run..

Am I the only one who sees this dist. actually doing well in the playoffs? You can't put a gauge on this dist.
I think we are doing well preparing each other. I'll pull for all four teams. i always have and always will. Regardless what four teams it may be, they will be well prepared. i feel this is 20 4A's year. I feel comfortable with LCM LIVINGSTON NEDERLAND PNG VIDOR LUMBERTON or who ever else qualify. We'll do well ;)
