Georgia State was running something similar (since 100 days). It's about time!

You guys know I've brought up here and BRI before that Lamar is just not putting the same energy into promoting football as ANY of the upstarts! Guess they finally picked up on the criticism.

I started a thread re: the countdown on AGS, so fans can keep track of it. Did the same for Georgia State. Hopefully between that and other Lamar posts, the national FCS community catches wind of your new program, in much the same way others are now that you are publicizing football for the first time!

Knowing the people in the athletic department who I know personally I don't think a poster on a message board made them rethink the way they are doing things. Honestly, I wish it did because I know they read this site among others.
