like i said, misinformed.  that's not really an insult.  as you said, he's doing the best with what he could.  it's tough to make informed decisions based on incomplete stats, a club background, or years of watching them play.  making an effort at all is commendable, and i'm sure the kids who make the team are quite pleased about it.

As RC answered me.  This is not a club or select players team.  It is a High School team about their play in and for their high schools.  RC actually knows the game and does a great job trying to cover the sport.
