just another bullshit lawsuit,u can teach a kid to slide until your blue in the face & HALF OF THEM WONT do it right in a game.players & coaches take the chance of getting injured when they step on the field,thats part of sports.now this opens the door for suing for any injury in baseball,by saying the coach did not teach me right.the next lawsuit will be for a kid swinging & missing & hurting his ass muscle.it wont be long before insurance is to exspensive to have leagues.

that's ridiculous.  you assume a risk of injury when you play sports.  the league's insurance most likely covered the medical, which is all he deserved.  she'll probably bankrupt the league now and ruin things for hundreds of other kids.
