prepballfan Posted September 28, 2008 Report Share Posted September 28, 2008 I think that coach Brooks when in Beaumont was a good coach but he would stack all his best players on the offensive side of the ball. I have not seen Jasper play this season but The way things are going I wonder if he is doing the same up there. They have a great offense should still be tough if there district. By the way I used to live up there on the lake and went to school up the road in Zavalla so Jasper was my adopted team. Hupernikomen Posted September 28, 2008 Report Share Posted September 28, 2008 Jasper is 0-3. Lost to 2A, 3A and 4A so far. All three teams are undefeated to date. Gilmer looks unstoppable so far. Kirbyville is living up to the expectations in 2A. Nac. has handled a bunch of 3A so far. D. Bailey isn't putting up the numbers on the ground this year like last year, but the passing game is improving. Defense played better against Nac. Silsbee game is a big game.
