These girls made the All State team from the Golden Triangle:

Katelyn Bernsen, Hardin Jefferson

Ang Green, Silsbee

Kaylin Little, Orangefield

These girls made the All Academic State Team from the Golden Triangle:

Oliva Betha, Hampshire Fannett

Brittany Cooper, Hampshire Fannett

Brittany Henry, Silsbee

Jessica Sanders, Kirbyville

Elissa Tieman, Kirbyville

Congrats girls.

I am sorry if I missed her. I checked the list twice because I thought it was odd that only girls from 3A made the list. I will check it again. You got me curious.

You are right, she is on there. Man I am getting old. I can't see anything without my cheaters on anymore. If I missed anyone else please post it.

This is from the TGCA website.

II. ASSOCIATION COACHES

A. Players may be nominated by member coaches only.

B. All nominations must be made to TGCA no later than 12:00noon Monday before the state basketball tournament.

C. Coaches may nominate as many of their own players as they choose.

D. Stats must be included.

So as far as Navasota players are concerned, either their coach is not a member of the TGCA or he did not nominate any of his players.

What does it take to get Academic All State?

Academic All-State Guidelines:

1. Academic All-State athletes MUST BE GRADUATING SENIORS.

2. Must have an overall GPA average of 94 for grades 9-11. (Do NOT submit a nomination if your athlete does not meet this GPA requirement).

3. Must be a varsity participant in good standing and be of good moral character.

Remember there is two associations. The tgca and tabc. Tabc has not come out with their list yet.

I looked everyday Bleed, when is TABC coming out?

Don't know, I would say next week. They are probably waiting for the boys tournament to be over with.

      I hear ya.  Under normal circumstances I feel you would have a point.  But,  I feel people are not as stupid as the Dems thinks they are.  Americans see the bogus charges for what they are.  They see that Trump never had a conviction before he ran for President and now after he ran he has 91 convictions.  But the Dems are in a tight spot.  This lawfare is not working.  All the attacks before did not work.  So, what do they have left?  They have a doddering old fool.  They put a silly cackler in as VP to have Joebama impeachment proof.  So, how would they get rid JoeBama and bypass the cackler?  There only hope, as I see it, is that Joebama wins and a week after inauguration he resigns and then look what happens!  This is the only way out I see for them.  Not sure if the debates are going to happen, but if they do, it'll be interesting to see how bad JoeBama really is.  It must be bad, though, because they won't release the interview tapes from the Hurr report.
