It’s funny.  I wasn’t wishing that LaPorte beat PAM…. Then low and behold, you got ran off the field.  Strange how that works…maybe you should follow suit and ‘wish ‘ for BU to win.  You might get a favorable result…. 🤷🏿‍♂️

One thing I didn't hear about during the week is the district tiebreaker scenarios.... @ThaGhost did you get any info on that? 

I mentioned it to one of the commentators. Not sure if he had a chance to ask coach.

Gonna go down to the final week and still need tiebreakers. I think we all pretty much figured as much before the season even started by looking at the teams.

The only thing that could make it more of a mess is if GCM wins today. 😂

Dawgs are starting to get serious now. I thought they might want to keep the passing game/timing sharp. But wow!

Josh Wells: 14/15/275 passing yards & 5 passing TD’s against RSS. No INTs again.

Peyton Smith: 8 catches for 200 yards & 4 TD’s. (New La Porte record)

Simon was his normal self (12/120/2 TD's before an early out rest game), and the D continues to get back to their ‘typical self’ now that they have most of their players back. Still were missing our excellent NT against RSS. But, backup played pretty solid. When our Nose returns, I think it will be the first full game since Game 1 that LP will have their entire starting D back. He went down against PAM.

Injuries have been heck this year. Very impressed with the way the staff has managed personnel, and the ability/desire of the young men to learn new positions and step up from backup roles with all these guys out for half the season. LP is gonna be experience heavy next year in almost all positions.

They’re becoming the team we (LP fans) thought they could be preseason. They are seriously starting to remind me of a more balanced 2024 squad. Except the adversity isn't due to not playing any home games, or having a home stadium. The adversity this year has come from all the injuries they've battled through. And, they're still growing and improving.

West Brook played the tougher part of the schedule first. They're in decent shape. BU is hoping they will still have all-hands-on-deck for RSS because the next 2 weeks is gonna be brutal. GCM and Lufkin will duke it out. But, I'm going with Lufkin on that one.

I'm thinking Lufkin and BWB get the final spots. BWB getting the nod because of the win over BU. But, if a 3 way between BU, BWB & Lufkin, Lufkin's on shaky ground. They need a blow-out win by 18 over BWB. That would leave BU at 4, Lufkin at 0, and BWB at -4. Don't feel confident Lufkin can beat BWB by 18+.

The way this district has gone...who knows?
