Bridge City scrimmaged HJ at the first of the season and handled them pretty well with mostly JV players and only a couple veteran varsity players on the court. BC does have a few players out sick and a starter out with a sprained ankle. It’s been kinda hard to get a good read on HJ this season. If BC plays like they played in the Montgomery Tournament, it could be ugly. Quote

AshlyHasBeen Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago HJ has been up and down as expected, but they're starting to click winning 5 of their last 6. I would be surprised if this one is "ugly." AggiesAreWe 1 Quote

Orangefield handled HJ more easily than they did BC earlier this year even though they were both convincing wins for us. However, HJ had their football guys and BC didn't. BC is a different team with Mungy on the floor and he is the catalyst that gets Bush going. No knock on HJ at all, but I got BC by 15. Quote
AggiesAreWe Posted 2 hours ago Author Report Posted 2 hours ago I will say that HJ saw some pretty good competition at the James Gamble tourney that will benefit them greatly going forward. HJ at home will be tough. Cu Chulainn 1 Quote
