No, it has not. The country as a whole is getting sick of being trickled down on. That’s populism speaking, not communism. The McCarran-Ferguson Act had a reason. It’s called politics. They were playing straight into the ‘“red scare”, which never happened by the way.

I don’t freaking care. Food, shelter, and healthcare are what I care about and I have heard no Republican candidate address any of that. Michigan is too cold.

I meant McCarran-Walter Act. McCartney Ferguson exempted insurance companies from ICC regulation, leaving it with the states.
