"I think you're going to have, hopefully, a really great mayor and the better he does, the happier I am," Trump said. 

I’m sure the hopefully part is based on whether he pushes policies that Trump approves of.

Noticed the only quotes are "great mayor" and the rest is opinion

and I actually watched the televised meeting (that was public) and what Lumbertonraiderfan said is 100% fact.
