This can either make or break the Republican Party for the midterms.  There are Red States who have a lot of people on the market place plan with pre-existing conditions including the state of S.C.
If it makes it pass the Senate he won’t veto.  As the topic implies, Trump loves to win.  He is practically begging for good pole numbers.  This month has not been kind to Trump nor has he been kind to others.

Reread the post.  The point was his victory’s are being reversed and he was no longer winning.  It was not just about Ukraine among other reversals.
