Anybody watch the scrimmage today in Woodville?

When the ones were out there it was all Lions, when the twos came in Woodville moved it a little better. Long way to go for this Eagles team to recreate that magic from last season.

Woodville ones and 2s both moved the ball the entire scrimmage from the begging. Livingston ones had a couple big plays resulting in back to back scores on the 4th and 5th plays of their first possession. That doesn't happen in the natural flow of a real game because when you score you kick off to the other team  (or attempt a onside) and you have to try and stop them. They never stopped Woodville's offense. They scored again on the 10th play of that same possession against Woodville's 2s and never moved the ball much after that

The Livingston ones were only out there the first 10ish plays, Woodville didn't start moving it until the guys with the different pants came in for the lions. Pretty sure those were backups/JV. Skill wise I think Woodville will be fine, but they struggled up front against the starters from Livingston.

Based on WV comments, you would think WV scored 3 and Livingston 1. Keeping in mind that “WV should have beat Gunter” last year.

I'm guessing you didn't see when Woodville's 1s had there first 10 or 15 snaps at the start of the scrimmage before Livingston's 1s had there first possession. Cause they definitely moved the ball every possession and were the first to cross the goal line. Would have turned around and did it going the other direction if they hadn't run out of snaps. That's the only thing that really ended any of the drives was the limited snaps in the scrimmage format
