Congrats to Dayton on the HUGE win!  You Bronco fans were right, there is not a weakness anywhere on that team.  I think what I admired the most about them was their killer instinct.  It did not matter that they were up 49-0, those boys were playing hard and fighting every single down!  Honestly, it was refreshing to see, even if it was against my team.

Anyway, congrats again.  It was a great win for y'all.

Oh BTW patitan, you finally got that masacre you have been wanting for Ned.

Hey, miss tackle here and a drop pass we in this ballgame.

No sugar coating this game. Dayton put it on us like no one has ever done. How in the world did Lumberton and WOS beat this team? Dayton has a great defense, they covered our receivers like a blanket. A pass rush that kept coming, and they hit. The QB is for real, the runners run with power. They are a very good team.

Congrats Dayton, have to regroup and take Lumberton next week.

Because WOS is the better team.... :'(    Worry about Nederland not WOS!!!

Dayton fans, I said in another post that I was interested to see how you would do against Ned & PNG since you have only played the struggling teams since playing Lumberton. I guess I don't have to wonder anymore  ;D

I thought you would win, but, WOW!

Trying to figure out how Nederland got 73 yard offense I didn't think they ever got past the 50.  Dayton attacked, attacked and attacked on offense and defense.  Man i watched this beating and still can't believe it.  It's like Nederland was going through the motions with no intensity from the start.  Trying to strip the ball instead of tackling.  Just no emotion

Good luck in the playoff Dayton you are the real deal

I have been videoing Dayton for the last five years.

This is the BEST I game I have ever seen the Broncos play.

This bunch of kids is the real deal.

When these juniors and seniors were in 7th and 8th grade they swept LaMarque and Texas City.

Losing Cody Green really hurt this team.

Then when we played Lumberton, the Raiders figured out how to keep us out of the endzone.

You really want your team to peak at the end of the year heading into the playoffs, and right now I don't think there is any team 4A or below east of Houston that could take on the Broncos the way they played.

This is the first game that Greg Charles (Dayton's QB) really took over with the passing game.  He was sharp and finally started hitting his receivers on the 20 yards and longer routes.

Dayton's running back (John Gable) was a beast.  Several plays he carried Bulldog tacklers 5 yards and more before he was put down.

Then the defense....

OMG...

That was the single greatest total domination of a team I have ever seen.

Nederland, never crossed the 50 yard line and I think only crossed their 40 yard line once.

Will be some interesting practices this week at Nederland.

Can they recover from this kind of beating.

As far the Indians...

Stopping their running game is the key.

Look for the Broncos to put 8 players in the box and dare the Indians to throw it.

Just ask the Bulldogs how good Dayton's secondary is.

Will get the highlights up around 11 AM tomorrow.

Almost every play was a highlight for the Broncos, offensively and defensively.

This post is already too long...

Talk back later!!!!

Hats off to Dayton...that was one of the smoothest performances I have seen in quite some time; absolutely dominant at just about every position; Dogs can either go into next week as a team backed into a corner or fold up the tent; i have a feeling about how they will respond, but we will see

    • I will never understand why someone cares what decisions a family makes regarding their own child? Maybe Joe Burrow learns great life lessons from burning up all his eligibility sitting behind Justin Fields at Ohio State but I’m sure him and his family feel like they made the right decision by transferring to LSU, becoming the #1 pick and now being the highest paid QB in NFL history. Same for Kyler Murray, Baker Mayfield and Jalen Hurts at their first stops.    I think it was more beneficial for Reggie Branch to transfer to Crosby and end up having an opportunity to play for a state title versus staying at GCM and learning life lessons while he loses and probably doesn’t go D1 because his team is a perennial loser. If Robinson throws for 2k yards this year it’s going to be a lot better for his recruitment purposes than sitting on the bench at BH, not to mention he’s going to get significant looks because of the kids he’s on the team with and the offers/commitments they’ve already made. He’s not being taught to run from competition, he’s being taught to gamble on himself just like all those other guys I mentioned did.

    • Every Yuppie wants one.  Give me a V-8 with loud pipes, and they can have their electric vehicles.  Was working a major incident one day and we had a road blocked off.  Police vehicles with lights going and a kid pulls up in a Tesla.  He - let me stress that HE is sobbing uncontrollably because he is at 5% battery life and HAS to go down the road we have blocked to get to a charging station.  He pulled over and literally threw a temper tantrum because we would not let him through.
    • Have you noticed that it's always the libs that bring up race?  For a long time now whenever a lib is losing an argument or have nothing else to say they bring up racism.  Or something silly like institutional racism.  LOL!
    • Ha!  Whatever that means!
