It will Be LCM homecoming, It sounded like LCM played a good first half tonight  against Splendora. 2nd half there were some mistakes it sounded like. LCM is 4-2 overall 2-0 in district play and 2-4 and 0-2 in district. LCM should win this one but the most important thing is to come out of this game Healthy.

I agree with GuitarMan. I was surprised. If they had even the slightest bit of discipline and motivation, they would be a helluva lot better off. I’m not talking down to them either. That’s just what I saw on one Friday night. But the record speaks for itself. They’ve got some big tough athletes. No reason they should lose the way they are. Just an observation.

They need to prepare for Livingston like they're playing WOS or Newton.  Do that each week with every opponent.  Never underestimate or take anyone lightly. LCM should win by at least 2 scores

I agree. But LCM always plays under their potential. They let Splendora in the game with a 3 or 4 td lead. If the kids want a shot at a DC they need to get the snap and extra point. The freshman safety looks like he will be a good one.

You never know man. We let Splendora back in the game. The kids need to play to their potential. That’s one of the factors that has hurt LCM.

You are right. Don’t let your guard down. But I believe Livingston lacks the discipline and coaching to beat a quality team. LC-M by 2+ scores.

right! if LCM had kept it going, final would have been 34-7! and points matter in high school...lets just say splendora beats huffman, huffman beats LCM, the point differential could come into play

I'm guaranteed a win either way. I'm pulling for competitive.

Is it going to be bad weather that evening? Weatherman doesn't know if the front is going to move fast or slow.

It looks like bad weather is coming. I hope they play on a Saturday. I don’t want to play in the weather. Are you going to make this game?

    • What the writer stated wrt crossover votes in the primary/runoff: "Covey and his supporters Paxton and Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick said Phelan only won because Democrats crossed over to vote in the Republican Primary for him. Paxton said Covey’s campaign identified “at least” 1,442 Democrats who voted early in Jefferson County in the primary runoff. Texas does not have party registration, but a voter’s primary voting history is public. The Covey campaign has not released its methodology behind its claim, but  This is the hidden content, please Sign In or Sign Up  by The Texan news website found that 9% of Republican voters in the March District 21 primary had voted in one of the previous four Democratic primaries. However, only 5% of that group had voted in all four previous Democratic primaries. What Phelan’s opponents did not mention is historically Democratic Jefferson County is undergoing a political transition towards the Republican party — the county judge switched his affiliation to the GOP in 2017 — so many residents have a mixed primary voting history. And Phelan’s allies in the House dismissed the idea that liberals swung the election. "I knocked on doors, hundreds and hundreds of doors, made calls for Dade,” Republican Rep. Jeff Leach, R-Plano, said on Mark Davis’ radio program Wednesday. “I did not speak to a single Democrat down here in HD21. Not a single one." "
